The hotel is really nice. Complex is very beautiful. But what comes to hotel quality, this is certainly over priced. Went for a wedding with 6 more couples. We all had a terrible night, all the pillows are terrible, in my room the curtains didn’t close correctly and we had light in our faces at 7am on a Sunday morning. There was not hot water, we paid 150 USD for mid warm water. Certainly not a very pleasant experience for a premium price.

The property has extraordinary gardens and landscaping. However, they could invest in seating furniture, after a while you no longer want to sit. In the rooms the spaces are large, but the beds are not very wide and the chair and mattresses are also hard.

It lacks maintenance, the rooms are already very old, the shower splashed everywhere and the water came out of the shower due to poor maintenance of the gates, the fan makes too much noise

The place is nice, and the people are helpful; but the rooms are very small, the breakfast is very expensive, it is a buffet with very few options; the air conditioning in the room did not work; And you have to bring toothpaste because they charge for it separately.
