This complex of apartments is bang-smack on the sea front and our apartment was the closest of the lot to the sea. Just brilliant if you love to listen to the sound of the waves, as we do. It’s a relatively small space but well designed to fit everything in that you need for a short stay. It’s bright, airy and cheery. Wifi worked well and there’s a communal infinity pool to enjoy if you’re so inclined. It’s all very secure, protected by multi-layered electronic door security. Quiet too, residents are respectful of noise pollution. There’s lots to do in the immediate area and it’s well served by fab coastal walking and good restaurants.

The property had an amazing view looking over the bay. The actual apartment was relatively clean but well-worn. The gardens were well looked after but the stairwell, walkways, and swimming pool area were in poor condition.

Sejour d une semaine dans une résidence idéalement placée! Hélas appartementet et résidence mal entretenus, sentent le moisi, des fourmis dans les placards ( après demande de changement et menace de partir!) Paye vue mer et vue sur travaux piscine et bruit la journée, des gravats partout, des chariots rouillés, des toilettes dans la salle de douche des terrasse sales et pas nettoyés ( escargots toile araignées etc… .. la pire des résidence Pierre et vacances ! On fait le ménage sur la terrasse pour langer au soleil et pas de chance l entreprise tond et laisse de l herbe partout… Accueil très sympathique mais débordée par cet état!!

Le domaine est vétuste, dans la salle de bain des traces de rouille, les poêles dans un état désastreux ! Des travaux étaient en cour, mais aucune démarcation, des gravats partout ! Heureusement que l'on ne voulait pas jouer au Ping Pong, la table était hors service vu sont état... Le plus, c'est la vue mer et malgré tout un logement propre et l'accueil. Vu le prix du logement début mai, le prix est trop élevé par rapport à la qualité du site et l'état vétuste de l'appartement.

Die Residenz Pierre & Vacances Résidence Cap Morgat besticht durch ihre atemberaubende Lage an der Bucht von Morgat mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Ein malerischer Spaziergang entlang des Strandes führt in etwa 10-15 Minuten ins charmante Zentrum von Morgat.
Die Residenz verfügt über einen zentral gelegenen, schönen Pool mit Liegen, die einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer bieten. Der Pool ist jedoch aufgrund seiner geringen Tiefe eher zum Planschen für Kinder geeignet und nicht zum Schwimmen.
Unser Apartment bestand aus einem kleinen Schlafzimmer, einem Wohn-Esszimmer mit integrierter Küche und einem Badezimmer. Leider war die Einrichtung etwas spärlich und in die Jahre gekommen, und die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig.
Es gibt in der Anlage mehrere Waschmaschinen und einen Trockner, die für jeweils 5 Euro genutzt werden können. Ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen waren im Zimmer jedoch nicht vorhanden.
Zusammenfassend bietet die Residenz Pierre & Vacances Résidence Cap Morgat eine fantastische Lage, jedoch mit Abstrichen bei der Einrichtung und der Sauberkeit.
