Westciti Croydon Serviced Apartments

The flat smelled terrible, it was incredibly noisy. I was awakened by the door bell in the middle of the night many times. Then they moved me to another unit where the shower drain was blocked and I couldn’t adjust the temperature water. I don’t recommend it at all.

I booked this place with my parents to celebrate my moms birthday and upon our arrival we were impressed. A few days in, things took a turn for the worst. My dad placed his money in his bag for us to head to the store but he ended up forgetting the bag. Thirty minutes later we get back and he goes to his bag to find ALL of the money missing (£570 and $360). How could the money be missing when it was left in his room? We went to the front desk and received no help! We were told the only cameras they have are in the hallway and nobody went to the room. That’s IMPOSSIBLE!!! The money was placed in the bag prior to us leaving and gone upon our return. After doing our own searching we realized the “smoke detectors” light changed color when we turn off the room lights and they seem to have cameras placed in them. Although the place is nice, they have illegally placed cameras in the rooms and their staff enters your room while you’re gone. They are a bunch of crooked thieves and did not assist us with getting any resolve! If not them, they were in on it for sure. I am going to put them on blast until the money is given back! DO NOT BOOK THERE!!!

I stayed at this Aparthotel for two weeks and I was pleased with our unit which had a separate bedroom from the living room space. It was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the cleaner was absolutely amazing !!!! I am an American and have never used a stove/oven like the one in the room but the staff walked me through getting it turned on. The location is exceptional. I was able to walk to many stores and the vicinity was quiet. Unlike my stay at the Westciti Caroco Aparthotel, the walls were insulated and I did not hear noises from any other guest. I would stay again.
