Friendly staff but that's it. Carpets hadn't been vacuumed before our arrival. One table top had a soft drink spilt at some point before our arrival but hadn't been cleaned up. Hot breakfast has to be eaten a couple of items at a time as there's never a time when all the hot food was reay at the same time.

the entire building is in dire need of a clean up, the carpets are disgusting, the chairs are stained, cobwebs in the restaurant. The receptionist needs retrained. We waited in the lobby 15 mins before he showed up on the phone, then continued his call and held up a finger to indicate to us to wait. When he finally hung up he then started to deal with our booking only to receive another call so he stopped and went into back room and had heated argument. Not very professional. When i went for breakfast he stopped me and told me that we need to pay. I advised him my partner had asked him to put 2 breakfasts on the bill but he was obviously to occupied with his phone. The restaurant staff were very polite and the breakfast good although the room needs a deep clean especially the chairs. All in all not really a very relaxing place to stay... needs a total overhaul and retraining program

The staff are brilliant. They were all very warm, friendly and very helpful. Ram went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good experience at breakfast. Staff like this make the world a better place because they do their work cheerfully. The bathroom needs some repairs and the cleaning staff can do a much better job. We had a good night’s sleep though as the bed was very comfy and the warm was at a good temperature. The hotel is a good location and offers free parking.

Excellent services...clean place, comfortable beds in the rooms,great central heating indoors despite the outside freezing weather. Lovely breakfast but above all Teresa is the best and kindest front desk staff. Great experience.. thanks for everything.

This hotel generally and our room was rather tired and needs a little TLC to bring it back to standard. However if all you want is somewhere to sleep at a reasonable price then it's fine. Squeaky flooring as you enter the bathroom was the most annoying thing.

I went with my daughter who loves it here. We have a tradition of having movie nights here and having bath with the pink lighting but the room we stayed in this time didn't have the pink light features. Rom was very helpful as was one of the other girls but didn't catch her name. Thank you for giving me free breakfast on one of the days this really helped as a single father and my daughter only eats very little. I really appreciate.

Affordable clean whit nice personal. Nothing disturbed me, i had a long sleep. I ve arrived at 18 o,clock, and everithing whent easy... for next time, thx........................................................ ....................

Very clean and cozy……………….. The personal is respectful, nice and friendly!!!!!!!! I recomand this place!!!!!!!!! They also have breakfast included and it’s very good!!!!!!!!! And if you want, they are also petfrendly!!! Awesome place to visit!!!!!!!

Best location in London! Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.

Great stay! All staff was really lovely, very helpful, friendly and polite. Rooms were very clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. Great location for a weekend in to the city at a reasonable price. Would definitely come back. Thank you!

Very happy so clean and tidy the manger is so kind and helpful very happy with our stay the room was so inviting nothing was a problem breakfast was lovely as well I would let friends and family know when going to London to use this hotel excellent

I stayed here on Friday I had a great stay the staff was lovely the room was very clean and comfortable, the receptionist was great I’ll definitely be going back! The breakfast was yummy and the stuff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good price too!
