Spontaneous trip not planned but I can’t fault this hotel all the staff were amazing. I would like to thank the receptionist who helped my daughter with her foot after I thought she had broke her toes. Marcia who was the breakfast staff thank you, you made our stay extra special. Also a thank you to the breakfast chef food was amazing

The check in process was a nightmare. It took over 30 minutes because the Internet was slow at the main desk. The hallways smelt weird, the room was boiling and had to ask for a second towel as there was only one in the room. The free WiFi was worse than dial up. The lift also broke from the 2nd day of staying. On the final day there was leak outside our room as we went down for breakfast (we were on the top floor).

Amazing experience and Ahamed the chef was amazing!!! Would definitely recommend. Been to other hotels and by far the best breakfast experience had.

I have mobility challenges. Not as good as I am used to. Bath no shower Soap dispensers not clean Sink surface not clean Toilet too low Bed too low Chairs too low

Had the all you can eat breakfast our server was Marcia and cook Aleshba catered for our every need beautifully. And a pleasure to see each morning
