Westciti Caroco Aparthotel

Room is very clean in general. There’s some smell in the washroom but they have air freshener for us to use there, so it’s still ok. Remember to book carpark in advance coz there’s not much car spaces. You can still park on the street but will need to pick up car early in the morning. Photos show the breakfast, it’s being served whole day from morning till night. Recommend this hotel to travellers who need car space and laundry, very convenient and cost effective.

Easy to book with great amenities including private bathroom, shower, kettle microwave and stove. Very hot in the room but fan was provided. Extractor fan for bathroom didn't work and no window so after showers it was very steamy.

This property was very clean, the staff were so helpful and polite.i loved the set up of the checking in and out of aparthotel will definitely stay there again.

Room was clean and tidy although we had asked for an extra bed which had not been provided - towels not provided every day however there is a free to use laundry - breakfast is self service and open from 7.30 till 9pm - not a lot of choice but good - room was very noisy a couple of nights with sounds of water flowing all night long - location is a 15 minute walk from nearest train station.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this aparthotel. I was very comfortable in the room. This aparthotel is located very close to the east Croydon Station about 10-15 minutes walk maximum. The young man at the from desk was very helpful. I needed to check in before the check in time and they made the allowance for me to do that. Note well: the walls are very thin, thus you can hear everything happening above, below and next to you. I was thoroughly entertained/ with the music, gossip and moans that escaped the other rooms. Although there are rules that governs the stay at the aparthotel, we need to bear in mind that at nights people do what they want and break the rules. If reported the hotel can deal with it. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this aparthotel especially if you are on a budget or like me who wanted to enjoy my vacation without spending all my money in hotels. This is and was a great option. I will most definitely stay here again.
