Always enjoy staying here. Check in and check out was easy.
Room was clean, tea and coffee supplied. Would be fantastic if rooms had a fridge though.
Breakfast was good, good selection of teas and vegan options available.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Only downside would be that the channels on the cable don't really work. Some do but most don't, when travelling with children and none of the children's channels work, it can be a bit of a nuisance. Aside from that I always enjoy staying here. Good location, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

This is a very bad location for London travelers, the hotel does not have it's own parking but uses a private parking elsewhere. You will have a hard time trying to find this hotel and the American GPS will take you to nowhere round and round the circle in the Dual Carriage way.

Room was tidy but the toilet didn’t have any ventilation..so the whole room gets smelly after using it. Towels didn’t seem fresh to me. Overall ok

It’s always my first choice for london. close to east croydon station, very clean and great staff. worth the money.

We were disappointed to be allocated a disabled room after late check in around 23:00 pm for an overnight stay in which we didn't ask for. We didn't bother to request for a room change after coming all the way from the airport.
Next morning when we checked out, we told the front reception guy who said he would report it to the manager.
Anyhow, we stayed at this hotel the third time in which this time was a bit mixed up with the room allocation.
