"The room is ok, we are the hotel at 8 o'clock in the evening. But there was no one at the front desk, only the envelope was left, and there was an introduction to our keys and a room. Had to press the call, the voice of an old man, can not tell the words, exchanged for a long time and finally successfully checked in. Wi-Fi is not free, it’s horrible. Fortunately, I have my own portable Wi-Fi. There is still time to take a taxi to see the light show of the opera house. "Great location, beautiful room, fantastic amenities. Got upgraded to a larger suite which was awesome. Enjoyed our stay.  Only bit that was a bit disappointing was that the bed was left unmade and had to call for service to get this done. All sorted in the end. We had a beautiful time. Thank you"

"The room is pretty new. The room and the bathroom are very clean. Got USB & USB-C charging ports and wireless charging (but it was labelled as faulty in my room so I couldn’t use it). Room size is not big but that’s what usually is for hotels in city area. Location is right in CBD, with 2 mins walk to metro station, about 7 mins walk to supermarket and shops. Service was excellent. The restaurant at the lobby is reasonably priced. Only draw backs are the mattress was too soft and the shower area was that kind with no door. We showered carefully so not to make the bathroom floor too wet but it still got wet."

"Good location. Reception staff helpful when TV not working, managed to replace without changing room. Systems seem to be down at reception, so perhaps hotel owners can invest in IT infrastructure to prevent staff filling out manual check-in registration forms"

"It was a very pleasant and elegant place to visit. However, as noted by the receptionist, there has been some problems with the ventilator system, which causes dust particles to be more prominent. The ambience was extraordinary and the view was scenic, however obstructed by another tall building, at least for room 2016"
