Leven House Bed and Breakfast

What a great place! 3 of us up from Anglesey to ride the Crieff Cloverleaf. Rooms are very comfortable and breakfast superb! There are plenty of places in Crieff for an evening meal, the Tower up on the Main Street being particularly good, probably best if you book though. We visited the Falkirk wheel and the Kelpies on day one. Incredible engineering!

I have stayed here before, this time as a group of 10, on a motorcycling trip in the area. We were made welcome straight away by Duncan and Nicola. Leven House is situated just off the main town centre on the A85, and is a short walk from all the town bars and restaurants Our room had been made up as a twin room, the en-suite included a powerful electric shower over a bath for those needing a soak after a busy day. There was ample storage and hanging space for clothes. Food at breakfast is freshly cooked to order by Duncan, your let him know what you want the night before, and chose a time so that he does not get overwhelmed with orders all at the same time. There is a private car park to the rear of the house, this is accessed by 31 steps [ we counted !] which may be dificult for people with mobility issues. Outside the house on the road are parking bays which are charged for by the local council during the day, but are free between 18.00 and 06.00 The only mark down is the one for location and is very minor. Leven House is situated just off the town centre so handy for all amenities. However the rooms at the front of the house overlook the main A85 road which can be a bit noisy at times if you are a light sleeper. The house is clean,tidy and well presented and all staff are courteous and helpful, with Duncan offering to dry our wet motorcycle clothing overnight in the kitchen. I would recommend Leven House to all and would definitely return to Crieff and Leven House.

Comfortable and relaxed stay in this lovely b and b. Owners Duncan and Nicola were very welcoming and friendly giving lots of ideas for day trips . Room was spacious with stunning views and breakfasts were very tasty. Thank you for the lovely anniversary gift very thoughtful.

This is a family run bed and breakfast, very comfortable and in the centre of Crieff. The owners are so helpful and we had a great visit, we went to Lochearnhead and Callander all very lovely. It’s also a good place to start to go further north in Scotland

Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. A special mention also to the breakfast waitress who was a star.
