The hotel's infrastructure is excellent, nothing to complain about. We were treated very poorly, as our reservation was for full board, but it seems that the hotel was not used to this format. The manager, Mr. Márcio, insulted my wife because of the full board situation. This is no exaggeration. We have already complained to ALL, the hotel's administrator. I suggest booking only with breakfast to avoid any problems!

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was of very good quality and there were many food options. I plan to return in the future.

Very good environment, everything very clean and organized. Note: they put a lot of chlorine in the jacuzzi, I left with burning eyes and difficulty breathing and the time they allow for each room is very short.
