O hotel tem boas instalações e tudo estava muito limpo. Cama confortável e chuveiro com ótima temperatura. O atendimento foi cordial e o estacionamento fechado aumenta a sensação de segurança. O ponto contra ficou pelo café da manhã, que percebemos a falta de ovos, outras opções de salgados além de sanduíche e molho de salsicha... Nesse quesito, o hotel já foi bem melhor em outros tempos!

O hotel é bem localizado, com preço bom, ar condicionado, água quente e café da manhã bom. Fiz uma viagem que fiquei pouco no hotel. Tive o necessário para dormir e tomar banho bem e tomar um bom café da manhã.

Me hospedei no hotel devido a um campeonato de handebol que fui disputar na cidade de Criciúma no feriadão de Corpus Christi. Ficava 15 minutos de carro da cidade, no centro, perto da rodoviária e de um supermercado. Ambiente agradável, com tudo necessário para eu passar a noite (de dia estava fora). Cama confortável, ar condicionado funcionando, chuveiro com água quente e forte, ambiente limpo e café da manhã bom.

O hotel é velho, o quarto tem mobília velha, surrada, não cheira exatamente bem e é muito, mas muito apertado. Pra "ajudar" pedi duas camas de solteiro e nos colocaram num quarto com cama de casal standard, tenho 1,83 e foi péssimo ter que dividir a cama. Mas o pior estava por vir, uma noite atipicamente quente para agosto e, no meio da noite, o AC para de funcionar. Foi terrível, tivemos que ter toda a logística de, no dia seguinte, mudar de hotel, pois não havia a mínima condição de ficar.

Experiência Maravilhosa, nos hospedamos sem burocracia e horários fixados para check in, nos acomodaram bem rápido, roupa de cama e toalhas limpíssimas, atendente super atencioso, lavanderia muito boa e com um custo baixo, levei a minha roupa toda limpinha de volta para casa, quartos confortáveis e aconchegantes, espaço para o trabalho, decoração de época, com quadros antigos e espaços de lazer ao longo todo do hotel, incrível para tirar fotos e registrar momentos em família, tem sala até de ginastica, adoramos e com certeza sempre nos hospedaremos nele quando passarmos por Criciúma
