Stayed for 2nights. Had to have toilet door repaired as it wouldn’t close but conveniently located. Breakfast buffet was good and staff were nice

The worse room ever, the moisture was everywhere.

I always choose one of the two hotels every time I come here. The room on the third floor facing the lake is obviously much better than the one on the second floor, and the table is also much bigger. The most valuable thing is that there are slippers and bathrobes this time. I don't know if it is the latest upgraded service

This hotel is relatively close to the client's company, and I stay here every time I go. It is considered a relatively good hotel in the surrounding area. I haven't done it for more than three years due to the epidemic, but I still feel very friendly when I go this time. Nice staff so I hid the mistakes on the restaurant and bar side... clean and functional rooms (we immediately changed rooms because the first one had problems) the manager is responsive and commercial WELL

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare from the moment we walked in. The lobby had an unpleasant smell, and things only went downhill from there. The room was in a deplorable state, with stains on the carpet, dirty bed linens, and an unclean bathroom. It felt more like a run-down motel than a hotel. In fact, the conditions were so appalling that we had to leave and book another hotel. The only glimmer of hope was when the receptionist lady promised a refund, but our hopes were shattered when ******* reached out, and the hotel heartlessly refused to honor that promise. This was a truly regrettable experience. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Not bad hotel all in all! But avoid if you are English as you will be treated like dog excrement! The rudest staff I have ever encountered OLIVIA is of particular note, just blatantly rude and obnoxious and obviously has a major problem with English
