This hotel is old. Elevator didn’t work for 1 day. Both ice machines were broke. Business/Media center didn’t have internet. The beds are terrible! If you are over 40 your whole body will hurt in the morning. Hotel has a must smell to it.

Beds were very uncomfortable and the only ice machine that worked was on the first floor. The toilets kept clogging up and very low water pressure.

Never here again Small, small pillows. What I call "child toilets"- short and almost on the ground. Elevator went out and we had to haul all our stuff from the 3rd floor with my wifes bad knee and all. And to top it all off - breakfast ******!

The room that we were given was supposed to handicap accessible but it was so small we could barely get the luggage rack in. There was an old bandaid on the floor in our room on arrival. The toilet clogged constantly. There was a large cockroach that crawled out of our closet and into the main hallway.

Property was in excellent condition. Super clean, room was spacious and also very clean. Only negatives were bed was kinda hard and pillows were a bit firm. Nothing to warrant complaining about just personal preference. Plenty of towels, plenty of hot water. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion dispensers typically only found in more expensive hotels. A dispenser for hand soap vs a bar of soap would make sense. Overall a pleasant stay and would definitely consider this hotel again.

The property is convenient. It could be updated to make it more appealing. The staff is great! Rooms are nice. More frequent cleaning of room would be good.

The room had not been cleaned properly. Bathroom trash can had a razor and empty shampoo bottle from previous guest. Both beds were rumpled and one decorative red drape had a stain on it. We explained condition and asked for another room; told no rooms available. Housekeeping remade bed and emptied can. He was courteous and prompt.
