Pillows were old, bathroom light didn’t work, room smelled, roaches, customer service was awful, pool was locked most of stay.

This is bad. The tub was all taped up. The curtains are hang off the rod. The sheets are very old and worn. If o had seen it first, there is no way I would have stayed here. Never again.

Please save yourself the trouble and stress and stay anywhere but here. The website is a catfish!! The *****, loud music, filth, bugs, and broken everything in the rooms are not reflected online. I only stayed 1 night and feared for my life! I checked out 3 days early

This property is best described as plain jane. There is nothing remarkable about it, but it did seem safe. The curtains in our room were tattered and hanging half off the curtain rod. The carpet was well worn as the pattern was worn off from foot traffic. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very lightweight and pancake flat. You should plan on hearing the road traffic all night as well as police/fire engine sirens. It is close to many restaurants and a major highway. Compared to the decline in quality rooms in the rest of the hotel industry, this property would rate as average. Lastly, the breakfast offering is underwhelming.

Dirty bed clothes. No towels, room was not in good repair. Sign says newly remodeled. Maybe they painted the outside. No housekeeping services, If you needed anything, you had to ho get it yourself. I was told, no.. if you need your room vacuumed, let them know. You have to make an appointment for services.

I wanted to visit Crestview for a business meeting and stay for a couple of nights, baymont turned out to be a great option, since the beds where comfy and service was great as well. Check in and out process was very quick and staff very helpful too.

we went to a friends trip, since we had a football match with other colleagues. the staff was very helpfull giving out directions where we needed to go and recommending good places to eat in town. would definetely come back and stay there. Room was also nice.

The hotel was very nice and great value for money i would say. The staff was also very helpful and polite. I have seen the property improvement since last time. Seems like new management is doing a great job and helping out the people in a very efective way.
