Overpriced Stay with Poor Amenities and Unsafe Hot
I travel frequently for work and stay at hotels across the U.S., but after this stay, I wouldn’t return. While the lack of AC wasn’t an issue for me, the room was uncomfortably hot upon arrival and had no fan available. The in-room phone didn’t work, so I couldn’t contact the front desk. The room had a patio, but there was no furniture to enjoy it.
For the price—$300 per night—I was surprised there was no complimentary breakfast or even coffee provided. Parking was an additional $30, which would be fine if it were valet or fully covered, but it was neither.
The biggest disappointment was the outdoor hot tub. After a long day, I went to relax in it, but the chemical levels were so strong they burned my eyes. When I got back to my room and showered, I noticed a rash on my knee and thigh, which I believe was caused by excessive chlorine or bromine.

Mountain View's and great service!
The stay experience and hotel were really good. The carpet and furniture were a little old and needed an update. But they had late night music in the lobby and were really helpful in booking an extra day!

So-so
Decent room, comfy bed and pillows. Patio dirty, no chairs. Nice gym. Everything comes with a fee, even the coffee in AM was $3/cup and we weren’t told that - and there are resort plus parking fees additionally. Our room didn’t get cleaned then we learned you have to request it or nothing is freshened or replaced. Also not informed of that. Little surprises like that aren’t so nice. Surrounding area is beautiful, and the trails are wonderful, but the hotel is pricey for what you get.

Skip and Go To Steamboat
This is a poor value for the money. It's old, dark and gloomy for its rate. Then they hit you with a $30 resort fee and resort fee tax of almost 30% plus $30 per night to park in the garage. Not much was open in the "resort" area and the service in those two places was terrible. One patron even refusee to tip it was so bad.

The staff were absolutely amazing and made our experience the best it could have been.
The hotel is very nice. We found a few dust bunnies in our room so I would have liked to see that be better. Also, we would love to have more options of food in the restaurant. I understand the hotel is going through some renovations soon so that may clear up some of these little issues.

Old and unclean
Restaurant and bar were good. Room was dark, old, tub was chipped, moldy grout, kitchenette sink had a foul odor, bathroom fixtures had filth around the sink, shower curtain liner was soiled, toilet had dirty film in the bowl. Lobby restroom was filthy.

The property is not well maintained. The rooms are stale and smell like mold. The humidifier in the room was dirty and didnt work. 30$ per day to park in a cramped dirty garage. I expected more from an establishment labeled as a resort. Would not recommend
