Beautiful, two-story townhouse, directly facing the ocean. We've tried to think of everything you might need for a relaxing vacation on Crescent Beach! Summerhouse is bordered on one side by sand dunes and a wildlife sanctuary on the other by multi-million-dollar homes. Directly across from Summerhouse are the Intracoastal Waterway, Fort Matanzas, and more quiet, secluded beaches. There is not a high-rise anywhere in sight, yet Summerhouse is only a short 15 miles from downtown St. Augustine with all its fascinating history and charm as well as scores of wonderful restaurants, gift shops, pubs, and historic venues. One stay here and you will love this quieter side of St Augustine! The beaches are to die for! This condominium is a lovely, second-floor, two-story townhouse design that features a large living room with sliding glass doors that face the ocean with a private balcony. There is also an open dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a powder room on the first floor. The kitchen has been upgraded and the open walls give it a spacious feel. It is equipped for any meal you may want to cook or with all the great local restaurants you may select to go out to, it's your decision. The living room is beautiful with that coastal feel but also very comfortable and perfect to relax in after a day at the beach and watch a movie on the large flatscreen TV and DVD. The balcony has a high-top table and chairs and is the perfect spot to sit and have coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening listening to the crashing waves while viewing the miles of white sand and turquoise water that make up your backyard. There is a great dining table to share a family meal or to play games on also. On the second floor, there's a large main bedroom with a king-sized bed and a private en suite bath with a SPECTACULAR view of the ocean. You have the perfect spot to lay in bed in the morning and watch the sunrise or in the evening watch as the full moon rises from the ocean. Also, on the second floor, there is a guest room with twin bunk beds and a full-size bed for your guests. If you have extra guests, the sofa pulls out to a queen-size sleeper. Each of the bedrooms has a flatscreen TV connected to cable TV independent of each other.
