Real old farm, now in the outskirts of the town.
The apartment, with its rooms, bathrooms and kitchen, are perfectly renewed, very cosy. The landlord is very kind and available for any need. Very quiet for a great sleep, breathing the air of a country place, but in town.
One of the typical Italian places to stay. Highly recommended.

Re ad reviews carefully and ask questions
the room was ok. However, although we were told at length about the possibility of mosquitoes, (we didn't see one), it was a noisy room from the road, just outside. The photos are quite deceptive on the website. We were also not told about the air con which would have been a great help during the night. Neither of us slept much at all as a result.

La sruttura risale al XV secolo, molto bella e ben tenuta. Si ha a disposizione la sala con cucina in comune tra le 2 camere della struttura, entrambe situate al piano superiore. La mia camera era molto grande, pulitissima e ben arredata, anche il bagno molto grande e pulito. La proprietaria è molto codiale e sempre disponibile alle richieste degli ospiti, molto gradito il fatto di dedicarsi anche degli ospiti con intolleranze o allergie alimentari, mettendo a disposizione prodotti adeguati. La stuttura dispone anche di parcheggio interno, la zona è molto tranquilla e a pochi minuti dal centro di Cremona. Da visitare la bella Chiesa di San Sigismondo (XV sec.) situata nelle vicinanze.

Nous mettons 2 étoiles en évaluation globale parce que nous ne sommes pas restés.
Nous avions réservé la chambre A (au premier étage), celle dont la salle de bains était mentionnée comme "à l'extérieur de la chambre" sur l'annonce, mais en fait elle était au rez-de-chaussée. De plus, la salle de bains se trouvait très proche de la table du petit déjeuner.
Ce manque d'intimité nous a fait fuir, même si nous avons perdu 77 € et payé une chambre d'hôtel ailleurs.
La propriétaire, très sympathique, s'est excusée en nous expliquant qu'elle ne pouvait pas mentionner l'emplacement exact de la salle de bains sur l'annonce. Bizarrement, le lendemain nous avons regardé l'annonce et nous nous sommes aperçus que la mention "Ground floor" avait été ajoutée...
Nous ajoutons qu'aucun dédommagement ne nous a été proposé...
