Visiting Cremona for the first time, we chose to go to this Palace located 10 minutes walk from the city center (20 minutes walk from the train station). Exchange by email before our arrival with Michela whom we call upon our arrival to open the gate leading to an interior courtyard serving as parking (free). Welcome and visit provided by the friendly Roberto who is our correspondent on site. Too bad breakfast is not offered but there is a refrigerator in the room with free bottles of water and a kettle and coffee machine with capsule and tea bags. We chose the Liberty Suite located on the left when entering the palace. Exceptional place of which we will keep excellent memories. However, in rainy weather, the bedroom and adjoining room remain very dark with the obligation to turn on the light in broad daylight. Bathroom with jet shower and music. Flat screen TV with only Italian channels. Roberto lent us an umbrella given the particularly rainy weather during our visit at the end of October. No safe. Correct bedding. During our stay we had dinner at a nearby restaurant "Osteria degli archi" (perfect) and breakfast near the dome at "Il salotto cremonese" (fair). Roberto offered us room perfume which reminded us of the place. We recommend this place although after testing we found the price a bit high.
