The rooms are spacious & clean & plenty of hot water. Rare in MX. There is a lovely common room with fireplace. The staff are super attentive. Mario, the manager does speak English, but really no one else. Every morning the cook makes fresh tortillas on the wood burning stove in the dining room. Breakfast is included and depending on how many people are in the hotel can be a 'buffet' or to order if just a few. But there is always fresh made apple juice, apple sauce, tortillas,& frijoles. Other meals can be found in the many restaurants near the hotel. The location is on the main road but runs parallel to the tourist area so not noisy. About a 10 min walk to El Centro. Tarahumara in their beautiful colored clothing come to town to sell their handmade goods. Many tours are available at the hotel or in town. So many great places to see. At the Valley of the Monks your guide can show you a vortex of sorts. Or visit a cave where the 82yr old grandmother was born & now lives with 9 other family members. Seems invasive but you buy something to help them exist. I am traveling solo & felt very safe.

The hotel is very comfortable and cozy, they also offer delicious breakfasts, with a very homemade seasoning and flour tortillas freshly made on their wood stove! I also think it is the only hotel that has charging for electric vehicles!

We have enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very cozy, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is incredibly nice. In the evening there was a campfire. In addition, the excursions offered at the hotel were highly recommended.

I booked directly from the hotel's website because it had high reviews on this site and the price was attractive (around 4,300 yen for one night with breakfast). It's a 10 minute walk from the station, but during the day it would be considered a walk. There are local supermarkets and poultry restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk, so there is no problem even at night. What you have to be careful about in a hotel of this level is that there are two remote controls for the TV. Is one only for power supply? . The other one was for channel selection and volume adjustment. If you try to press the channel button with the power remote control, it won't go back to normal and you'll end up having to call the lady at the front desk. I'm still not sure why, maybe it's because of the reception by the set-top box, but I've experienced it at other hotels, so I don't think it's unique to this hotel. Another thing that made me laugh was that when I went out to smoke late at night, I found an old man sleeping on a futon in the pitch-black lobby. I'm sorry for waking you up, apparently for security reasons.

Reservamos en este hotel del 14 al 17 de noviembre y no respetaron la reserva por lo que muestran una total falta de respeto al cliente.No recomiendo este tipo de hoteles por lo antes comentado ya que aparentemente utilizan estas prácticas afectando al cliente.

Lo que mas nos gustó fue el desayuno recién hecho en estufa de leña. Todo el personal muy amable. Las habitaciones muy cómodas con calefacción en el piso, si se pone calientito, además tienen muebles rústicos muy bonitos. La ubicación está excelente.
