The lower level features a washer/dryer and a game room with a TV, party fridge, game table, and comfy couch. This level includes a smaller full bath with a shower that adjoins the 2nd bedroom. Raise the garage door to access the lower entrance area and breathe in the crisp mountain air. Head up the stairs to the main living area, boasting a spacious open-concept kitchen with all the amenities, a living room, and a full bath with a shower. This level provides access to a covered wrap-around deck with a private hot tub, grill, comfortable seating, and unparalleled views. The upper level, accessible via stairs, is home to the main bedroom. It features a small private balcony with a bar seating area for early morning coffee or a nightcap under the stars.
