HOTEL KYRIAD DIRECT MACON SUD

Very very disappointed with the service. Dirty and degraded hotel. Poorly soundproofed, you have the impression of spending the night in your neighbor's room...to be avoided in very hot weather. No air conditioning and the single small window allows almost no ventilation. Bedspread littered with three cigarettes. We had to change rooms at our request upon our arrival, the room reeking of stale tobacco.

Absolutely pathetic. Reservation of a twin, in fact a double. Large cobwebs in all 4 corners, broken, dirty equipment. The impression of staying in an old cellar. To flee !!!! We arrived at 11 p.m., too late to look for another hotel…

The staff is welcoming and friendly. I would happily return to this hotel

Unfenced parking, small and very dated rooms, mediocre bedding, questionable cleanliness, leaks in the bathroom, more than faded paintings. In short, a big disappointment because I frequent the Kyriad chain quite often. Certainly, when you are looking for the basics, it is normal to have a minimum service. It still has to be impeccable.

Definire hotel questa struttura è un offesa per gli altri oltre ad essere sporco ha una colazione pessima le stanze sono senza aria condizionata ma direi anche senza aria le pulizie inesistenti la stanza mai arieggiata per terra moquette sporca insomma non ci andate neanche per sbaglio

Chambre basique. 70 euros en début de période de vacances, mais cela fait trop cher pour la prestation. Le gros point noir est la présence de punaises de lit. En arrivant, j'ai ouvert la fenêtre pour aérer la chambre, puis j'ai vu un petit insecte sur le lit me disant qu'il avait dû rentrer par la fenêtre. Le lendemain, je vois d'autres petits insectes autour du lit. Je pars vite de cet hôtel, et je me gratte toute la journée, plusieurs piqûres sur le corps. Le lendemain je cherche le nom des insectes que j'avais vu dans la chambre : punaises de lit. Faite attention.
