Lovely hotel and lodge where our accommodation was. Clean and tidy, comfy bed.

The room was unlocked when we entered. We could not use the mirror in the bathroom because then we had to open a curtain to the garden. Outside looked like a graveyard for cars and there was garbage all over the place. Don’t think it belonged to the hotel but yet it was very visible from the room. On the plus side it was fairly cheap, not very dirty and the room was large.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My recent stay at Ibis London Gatwick was an absolute delight, thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Vanessa, the outstanding receptionist at the hotel. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, Vanessa's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel like a valued guest. She greeted me with a genuine smile, took the time to answer all of my questions, and provided me with helpful information about the hotel and its amenities. Her professionalism, empathy and attention to detail during the check-in process were truly impressive considering I did not have a prior booking and was a walk in guest. Throughout my stay, Vanessa continued to exceed my expectations with her exceptional customer service. Whether it was assisting with travel arrangements, providing directions to local amenities, or simply offering a friendly greeting whenever I passed by the front desk, Vanessa's commitment to ensuring that I had a memorable and comfortable stay was evident in every interaction. I must also commend Gihan, a remarkable member of the restaurant team, for his exceptional service as well. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a top-notch hospitality experience. Stayed here for two nights with a night stay in downtown London. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast ladies were great and awesome to talk too. Front desk staff went out of their way to store some of our luggage for the day we stayed in London. Room was clean and comfortable, can actually walk to the hotel from Gatwick Airport. London is a bit far, but a very nice hotel for flying in/out. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Very close to the GATWICK airport, 7.5KM, close to the nearby town, you can go out to shop and eat. If you are driving, there is a parking space for £7 overnight (compared to the very difficult parking space, the hotel's facilities and charges can be very pleasant to accept.) There are also shuttle buses to the airport. The hotel environment is good, although the road is in front of the road, but it is not noisy. English breakfast is acceptable, except for less vegetables, a pot of coffee is brewed with coffee, not instant coffee. There is also a self-service coffee machine in the lobby and a bar in the evening. The room has a soft linen and complete spare items. The drinks include instant coffee, tea bags, ice buckets and a small fridge. Toothbrushes and slippers need to be provided.

We have been staying at the Hotel for a few weeks now. After long hours at work, we just wanted to stay somewhere where we can disconnect with work, relax and connect with other people. Nevertheless, I would like to share with everyone that Bar attendant (James) would always go that extra mile to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Is not just about serving you a drink and taking orders. Excellent customer service by always interacting with customers, offering advice, friendly, accommodative making our staying very pleasant. My partner and I were really impressed with the Crowne Plaza at Felbridge. We had booked a spa day and lunch for 2 through virgin and they were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the start. The spa was in great condition although smaller than you may expect, the treatments were lovely and the staff very nice! The food was also a big surprise as hotel food tends to not be great, but it was amazing! Not sure but the place looks to of had a big refurb in recent times. Can’t recommend enough!

Attended here 24/9 for a family wedding. After some initial planning issues due to multiple staff changes the wedding event ran very smoothly. The planner, Charlotte and the M/C, Chris were excellent and could not have done more to keep the whole event on track. The wedding took place in the Tithe Barn which transformed from official venue to dining room to dance floor seamlessly. The transition was helped by the perfect weather which meant guests could linger in the spacious gardens whilst the staff did their thing. Food was well prepared and even the minor issue of incorrect dishes to specific individuals was quickly rectified. Waiting staff were very extremely pleasant and affable whilst also being efficient. Buffet style breakfast the following morning with a good selection of hot or cold foods to select from. Lower levels of this building have benefitted from being totally refurbished following some severe flooding and this gives the hotel a really sleek and modern initial appearance. However, once you climb the stairs to the bedrooms all that changes. Whilst there was nothing specific that meant I had to complain the upper levels are really tired. The décor is dated and although clean could really do with updating. The windows are single glazed, timber framed so must ship heat to the outside world by the bucket load. The hot water in the sink took an eternity to heat and even then was only mildly warm. We, and other guests in our party, had multiple failures of the room key cards which meant having to trek all the way back down to reception to get the issue sorted. Yes, these are very first world issues but this is not a cheap hotel, it's run by a major international group and should be better. My advice, by all means book for a meeting, party, wedding or similar function but don't book over night rooms. It really was like visiting two separate venues on the one site.

Great service and fantastic offer to stay and park - after all we are parking for 21 nights. Service was brilliant, both before when I booked directly via phone and confirmation emails that followed. Then during check-in. We upgraded to club rooms - which are very nice. Lots of little extras that make your stay special. Shower and bath are nice as where the free high-quality toiletries. Love good quality Bose sound system and real coffee in my room. Access to the club lounge with included drinks and snacks was a lovely touch. The hotel has great facilities - struggle to get me to leave my room. Breakfast hit the spot and set us up for our long journey ahead. Pleasant stay - a stay I would repeat
