Annex building should be know as the house of horrors! Flashing lights in the corridor, no security as door to building open at all times, shower head fell off at first use and hit my wife in the head! No plug in the sink, light not working above it. Not enough pillows - we were given towels to use instead! Not enough cups and glasses even though it was a family room. Corner trim on wall falling off. Bath made horrific noise on emptying. Had to ask for loo roll as no one cleaned the room during our 4 day stay. Spoke to reception on numerous occasions and they weren’t interested and told us the annex had been like that for weeks and no maintenance staff would be available during our stay. Apparently they had no rooms available to move us. We have since waited 6 weeks for a response to our complaints and been ignored. Two phone calls later to customer service we are still no further! Used to love Premier Inn and used them all the time but will avoid in the future!

We arrived at this hotel on the night before our early morning flight. We checked in at around 8pm and had to wake up early for our flight. Firstly the room was in bad shape as the walls were dirty and had scuffs. THE WORST BIT was the toilet still had small poo stains!! Absolutely disgusting. Surely the rooms are cleaned properly???. We were so shattered after the 4 hour drive with our 7 monthy baby that we just couldn't be bothered to complain as we had to go straight to sleep due to our early morning flight. We also called ahead to request a crib which was not in the room so we had to sleep with the little one in the bed I have stayed at many premier inns and this is .Istanbul definitely the worst one.

The quality of this hotel is very poor and tired. Whilst the beds and showers are okay, you could hear people snoring in adjacent rooms. Breakfast was a joke, with Luke warm food being rushed out. The real disappoin**ent was our room was ready early and when we tried to acesss this 10 minutes before check it at 3.00pm, were automatically checked £10 for the 10 minutes early

Booked to stay here as we were at a wedding close by. Was seduced by the ad for the breakfast so booked that as well. Room was ridiculously basic, shower although advertised as a power shower was anything but. Nearly killed myself on a doorstop in the tiny bathroom that should have been on the door but instead was on the side of the bath. Luckily the sink broke my fall as I got out of the trickle sorry I meant shower. Breakfast was a joke. Buffet style but nothing but empty trays due to them not cooking enough for the amount of guests eating. Lack of staff probably didn’t help. £135 inc breakfast for one night not the cheapest and definitely not worth the money. Bed was comfortable though , one saving grace

Fabulous stay at Premier Inn in Goff's Oak. Room was comfortable, clean and the bed was really comfortable. Was greeted with a big smile at reception which made me feel really welcome. Would've liked to have been able to have a drink at the bar after 10pm, so if you want to socialise after that time you have to go into town which is only a stone's throw from the hotel. Breakfast the next morning was scrumptious. Lots of variety and staff were lovely and attentive. Would definitely go back.

This is my second stay here as I found myself again flying out of Gatwick and I needed to get down the day before. For the second time, my stay was pleasant and you do have to bear in mind that is a budget motel and not a four-star establishment. It delivers on the basis for which it was established. I feel some of the reviews that have been left, have carried expectations significantly higher than one might rightly expect, and are perhaps unfair. I stay in hotels of all grades well over 100 nights per year and it is important to select a category appropriate for the purpose of your visit. I think that people sometimes forget that. There is ample parking around the hotel and I had confidence, that I and my property were secure. The reception area is quite small and the lady manning, it wasn’t especially welcoming, and didn’t do anything to build a rapport with me, or provide me with any information, though all my questions were answered promptly and with confidence. The only negative was that my key card did not operate the door when I went to my room. Although not big, my room was adequate for a pre-flight overnight stay and the meal deal, which offers dinner and breakfast for a drastically reduced price is well worth taking. I made my reservation quite a few months ago and the price was high, but since I had a cancellable rate, I checked about three weeks before arriving and the price had dropped dramatically. I therefore cancelled and rebooked and was able to book the room, dinner and breakfast for a lot less than my original booking cost me for room only. This isn’t a hotel you would stay at if you were expecting a resort, but it does everything on the label for what is basically an airport hotel . The food in the Brewers fair next door was enjoyable and Tom was extremely professional in the way he delivered a most excellent service. I have written a separate review on the Brewers Fayre.

Value was overall very good, especially the breakfast and evening meal. However the restaurant toilets were dirty and door did not lock . One barmaid was very poor, with no pleases or thank you and serving lemon slices with her fingers, not the tong provided

Stayed for one night, before flying out of Gatwick. Check-in seemed a bit drawn out with the gentleman going back and forth between 2 computers, but we got there after a few minutes. The room was a bit small, but for 1 night who cares, it was clean and tidy which I’d what really matters. We heard no road noise through the night, just the snoring from the occupant next door - the walls were a bit thin. Our toilet didn’t refill immediately which made it a bit awkward for the 2nd person using it! A short walk to the town centre and a 10 min drive to Gatwick parking was ideal
