Great service. staff members were helpful and kind. The three different ladies at the reception that I interacted with during my stay were fantastic. One even provided a heater in my room as I was so cold.
Food at the restaurant was excellent too.

Great hotel for Gatwick. Handy having a nuffeild gym next door if you are a member, if not buy or download a day pass. Beds really comfy. Parking on site. Never tried the bars or restaurant.

Safe car park on arrival, just tap in your car registration at the reception on arrival and pay for your parking. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Free wifi.
Beautiful room. Clean and tidy with coffee and tea making facilities. Lovely complimentary shower and hand wash and shampoo. Comfy bed. Quiet hotel in quiet setting a little away from the main road. Idea location not far from Gatwick airport. Will definitely be back. Thanks again for a great stay.
