This is a great place to stay if leaving early or arriving later into Gatwick. Located off the road in a rural setting, with a lovely pub with beer garden. Quiet and relaxing.

Hotel located near the south terminal of Gatwick airport, very nice and welcoming, but difficult to reach on foot. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and common areas.

the hotel itself, as well as worthy of a rating of 4 . however, everything was spoiled by the situation of reservation and payment. when the room was booked and paid for while still at the airport, at check-in it was required to secure payment by paying a deposit at the hotel, with a guarantee that the amount would be repaid. a beautiful fairy tale. after a few months of correspondence, the answer was received that to contact others, we are not to what. so that's careful with those reservations.

There were rats everywhere outside the hotel. They were just running about and it was so off putting. We stayed on the ground floor so couldn't have the window open for fear of them coming in. The staff in the breakfast room were extremely rude and everything seemed to be a lot of trouble for them.

I can’t get over how comfortable the bed was. I have chronic back pain and have not gone a night without back pain in over 20 years. When I woke up from the first nights sleep I could not believe how great I felt. It was the BEST night sleep I’ve ever had. The room was very clean and had all the amenities needed, staff was very welcoming and helpful. They made us feel very much at home. I can’t wait to go back!

Stayed here for 1 night on a Monday as I was flying out from Gatwick South Terminal the next morning. The hotel is easy enough to find with sat nav and has plenty of parking spaces as well as a pub (not connected to Premier Inn) next door. The room was a standard Premier Inn room. Clean, comfortable and well equipped for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Note - if you check in before 3pm you'll have to pay £10 early check-in fee. Parking - remember to enter your vehicle reg details are the screens in reception to avoid parking fines. Overall, a good option for a comfortable stay near Gatwick.
