Wonderful hotel! Ut, atmosphere, service, staff attitude,comfort,room,food.... Well absolutely everything was perfect! Your stylish design repair, cozy half-dark lobby and halls with pleasant flavors. The rooms are fresh,nothing is scratched,all is neat and fresh. All the necessary ingredients are available: dresses, showers and sewing sets,everyday,if necessary. A very pleasant surprise was the early settlement: although I arrived at about nine o'clock in the morning, my room was already ready and I was immediately set. Here was written about the scarce breakfasts, which is very strange to me. Of course, it is not kilometers of the Swedish table as in Turkey, but nonetheless anyone will find food for its taste: yoghurt,treature,cashi,cache,omlets,etc,except that champagne has not been offered. A worthy coffee machine with different options. If you are completely mad, you can certainly find shortcomings: for example, the water is badly down in the bathroom, slowly work cards in the castles, there is no cosmetic mirror in the toilet, the unrational location of the switches and the roofs near the bed, but these are such trimmings, who cannot dimly stay in such a cozy place. Ech liked that the streams were literally dissipated - you practically don't meet with staff or other guests. That's what creates a sense of comfort like home. And the location is also a pleasant eye: in a small street opposite Fontanka, from the windows of the room to the street was a summer garden and river, to the center of the minutes 20 walking steps. In general, solid 10 points and my unambiguous recommendations. Thank you for a great rest!

The hotel is located on a quiet street in a walk of access from all sights. Excellent staff, kindly and in time to answer all questions. Booked a room by phone, sent confirmation. Considered and fulfilled all wishes! There is a small closed parking, a car seat has been reserved. Elevator. A beautiful cozy room, quite quiet - sleep with open window, very clean, daily changed bedding, capsule coffee machine, teapot, drinking water, non-alcoholic drinks and candy are included in the cost of the room. In the bathroom too everything is perfect - brushes-pasta, urine, coats, slippers - everything you need and even more ... Very recommend breakfast! Start the morning with a glass of sparkling and something very delicious (menu on 2 pages) .... fresh juice, good coffee and ... you smile))) which can be pleasant!!! Thank you very much, we liked it very much!!!

Stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights . Love the location , interior . Very friendly and helpful staff , we were offered an early check in , complimentary beverages . The room was very clean and well maintained , with decent minibar . Bed and pillows very comfortable , the style and design of the room very inspirational classic but with a modern twist . The lobby bar was very pleasant , and room service was quick . Thank you Radisson for a very welcoming warm stay )))

Это место настоящий оазис спокойствия и европейской утонченности в Северной столице. Я знаю эту гостиницу давно, еще когда на первом курсе института проходила там практику, теперь я приезжаю сюда в качестве гостя, и могу с уверенностью сказать, что высокие стандарты обслуживания, уважение к своей истории, теплое отношение к гостям - это то, что остается неизменным в этом замечательном месте. За прошедший год мы останавливались в Европе не менее 3 раз в самые памятные для нас даты - на нашу свадьбу, день рождения мужа, годовщину свадьбы и мой день рождения. Каждый раз мы чувствовали себя максимально комфортно и соответственно уровню гостиницы. 3 раза бронировали террасу и один раз делбкс с видом на площадь Искусств. В чем их принципиальное отличие? Делюкс больше - сама комната и ванная, в отличной от других номеров цветовой гамме - беж и зеленый, гарантирован вид на площадь. Больше особых отличий не заметила. Окно открывается полностью, оно достаточно большое, чтобы полюбоваться видом и сделать красивые фото. Терраса - все номера находятся на 5 этаже и выходят либо на Площадь Искусств, либо на Михайловскую улицу. И хотя со всех сторон открывается красота города, нам достался вид на площадь только один раз, в день нашей свадьбы, сколько раз мы не делали примечания к бронированию, что будем благодарны за номер на эту сторону, к сожалению, больше жить именно с этим видом не довелось) Сам номер меньше делюкса, выдержанный в бежевых или розовых тонах. Ощущается некоторая нехватка пространства и ”воздуха”, но которая с лихвой окупается французскими окнами в пол и возможностью завтракать/обедать и ужинать с панорамным видом на город. Наполнение номера, как шкатулочка - разные бокалы, чашечки, приборы, шикарный набор открыток, ручки, карандашики, блокнотики, хороший фен, все для химчистки. Меню подушек для лббой головы и шеи, которые всегда можно попросить у бэкофиса. Фумигатор!) Есть кофемашина, и чайный набор (отдельный респект за вкуснейший чай ”Althaus”), которые всегда можно пополнить по запросу. Минибар за доп.плату, но выбор широкий - от вкусных сладких и соленых снеков до элитного алкоголя. В ванной комнате широкий выбор косметики неплохой фирмы Elemis, везти что-то с собой нет необходимости - шампуни, кондиционеры, молочко для тела, шетки, расчески, бритвенные наборы, даже соль для ванны. Уборка производится два раза в день: утром и вечером, когда номер готовят ”ко сну”, оставляя шоколадные медальки и пожелания на день. Наборы в ванной пополняются после каждой уборки. Внимание персонала видишь на каждом шагу - от встречи на входе, даже не на входе, а на подъезде к гостиницы, когда к тебе сразу подходят, чтобы открыть дверь и помочь с багажом, до баночки меда и поздравдений с памятными датами на каждой твоем шагу в гостинице. Завтраки - отдельная тема. Мы их ждем каждый раз чуть ли не больше, чем самого проживания в Европе) таких вкусных яиц голландез мы не ели ни на одном из завтраков ни в одном из отелей. Help us with an extra sofa bed, I will appreciate it all the rest of my life. The breakfast are amazing options, excellent quality, good taste and comfortable into the salon. Very near to the airport (access), big rooms and amenities are higher level than I have seen in Europe.

Stayed here as my wife had an interview at a local company and the room was booked by the company. Don’t be put off by the out of the way car park and car cleaning crew in the car park. Just on the edge of Crawley city centre this Tudor hotel offers an easy 5min walk into the centre. It is a Tudor style building and the age dictated the decor and style. Unfortunately for us the previous guest left the room on FULL HEAT which meant the room was a hit box! Evening opening the Windows did not cool it down. This made for an uncomfortable nights sleep which I suppose isn’t really the hotels fault (no Aircon in room). Plenty on offer to eat just outside hotel from take away to restaurants. Hotel is also known as The George Hotel

The hotel is a little away from the airport. It can be reached directly by subway during the day. If you are playing, there is an appointment taxi at the exit of the airport, about 30 pounds to the hotel. The front desk service was very good and the room was clean. Next to the hotel is the subway station, walking 5-7min, transportation to London, easy to get to the airport, walking 5-7min, there are shopping malls, fast food, such as McDonald's. Forget to take pictures. Praise!

The room was unlocked when we entered. We could not use the mirror in the bathroom because then we had to open a curtain to the garden. Outside looked like a graveyard for cars and there was garbage all over the place. Don’t think it belonged to the hotel but yet it was very visible from the room. On the plus side it was fairly cheap, not very dirty and the room was large.

Very close to the GATWICK airport, 7.5KM, close to the nearby town, you can go out to shop and eat. If you are driving, there is a parking space for £7 overnight (compared to the very difficult parking space, the hotel's facilities and charges can be very pleasant to accept.) There are also shuttle buses to the airport. The hotel environment is good, although the road is in front of the road, but it is not noisy. English breakfast is acceptable, except for less vegetables, a pot of coffee is brewed with coffee, not instant coffee. There is also a self-service coffee machine in the lobby and a bar in the evening. The room has a soft linen and complete spare items. The drinks include instant coffee, tea bags, ice buckets and a small fridge. Toothbrushes and slippers need to be provided.

The highlight of this hotel is the staff. Faiza, and the reception team were always super caring, attentive, nice and ready to help. The breakfast staff I don't remember any names but one of the guys were glasses, he and the whole team were really nice and smiley and eager to make sure I was comfortable and got everything I needed. Agnes from cleaning was always very sweet and so hardworking making sure the room was perfect and super clean. Regarding the hotel itself it is okay. The carpets in the ro gave a very old look but it depends on the taste I guess. The biggest problem for me was the fact that there was no gym.

We are regular Premier Inn customers, so we know what to expect and we always generally happy with our stays. First of all, there was plenty of parking available and it’s free if you’re staying at the hotel. We had a first floor room - there is no lift, so if you have mobility issues always best to request a ground floor room. The room itself was pretty clean as we would expect to the usual PI standard, however my partner noticed a gooey mark on the tiles above the sink in the bathroom which had been missed. The soap and shower gel bottles were half empty, and the shower gel one was just full of leaked-in water. We were also only given one tea bag and one pot of milk, no coffee or sugar. Luckily we could just go downstairs and help ourselves, but really we should have been given more to start with. One of the lamps had a blown bulb, so had to have the bright lights on most of the time. No USB ports by the bed. We both couldn’t get any phone signal at the hotel whatsoever (we are on Vodafone). And the wifi was permanently down for maintenance and didn’t work at all! Rather disappointing. There is no on site restaurant at this hotel as such - we went to the Parsons Pig next door for dinner, which specialises in curries. There’s also a bar there. The food was very reasonable prices. However, they do not serve breakfast during the week, which is a let down. You can drive to Toby Carvery which is about 10 min drive away. All in all, a great night sleep, would have been great if the pub did breakfast for the hotel, the wifi connectivity needs sorting out.

I spent one night at the Europa and I wasn't very much I pressed considering the price of the room (almost £80). Here the issues I spotted: 1) Poor bus connection and time consuming (40 minutes) to and for the airport : number 100 is a bus with no racks for the luggages 2) At the bus stop no indications for the Hotel, so ease use an app to find out the hotel's direction 2) Room not very clean 3) Power sockets on the opposite wall compared to the sidebed's tables 4) Bathroom's fan dirty 5) Bathroom's sink ruined 6) very noisy Aircon in the room Positive has been the interaction with a Lady at the check-in and the taxi connection. I do believe that for approximately £80 the quality should improve: cleaner rooms and higher quality of the furniture. As mentioned, the staff was very nice and kind, but on a scale from 0 to 10 I would value my experience as 5-.
