I've stayed here *tons* of times over the years, and have given these folks the benefit of the doubt each time there has been an issue (read: nearly every time). Between shoddy maintenance and a facility long overdue for a renovation (it really has gotten pretty dingy), I've still continued to stay here when I'm in the area because they're pet friendly. Until now. Dogs are suddenly sequestered to the first floor, on top of being charged a $100 pet fee. We left and found a different hotel for the night. Sorry, but I don't much care for first floor rooms where passing pedestrians can look right in. Marriott's customer service folks weren't aware of this policy and were sympathetic enough, but still... The practical effect is that this location has lost our business. We travel through Cranbury often, so this truly does mean they've lost a regular customer.
