Have stayed here four separate times over a three year period and each time it was a great experience. Free parking next to hotel, friendly staff and very good breakfeast which is included. Have only stayed during cold months so never thought about AC as another reviewer said it does not have it. They don't have online booking so all I do is email the hotel and they respond very quickly and confirm my dates. They have never asked for a credit card prior to arrival but always have our rooms ready. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area of Crailsheim. If staying during December and January, 50 meters from hotel is a temporary gathering spot called the Gut Strube which is warm inside, friendly people and good food/drink. Lots of beer and GluhWein...good place to meet and speak with locals.

I would HIGHLY recommend! This hotel was so wonderful - it’s worth the stay if you’re considering staying in the area. Staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. It’s in a great location for shoppes and restaurants. The rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable. (My business stay was only for one night in July with very warm temperatures… my room didn’t have air conditioning so they provided a fan upon asking at reception.) Otherwise, I couldn’t fault this incredible jewel in Crailsheim.
