Do not use seascape holidays their service is horrific they ruined my holiday and won’t refund me any money- they expected me to stay in a hot room with no air con until I complained, then they called me rude when I wanted my money back, the customer service is so bad !!! So so bad I’m appauled

Sea Temple is gorgeous. My kids are so dirty that I came here without them - the pool is amazing as was the spa bath in the room. The room was good but the aircon was loud and it was required to keep it on 24/7. I would have preferred some fresh air as it wasn’t overly humid. Restaurant menu was fairly boring and overpriced but I found lots of good food and drinks elsewhere. There are shuttle buses to take you into town etc so I wasn’t isolated despite being a bit out of the way.

When booking with seascape to stay at the Pullman sea temple u will not be part of the resort for anything it’s called ur basically renting a room from an investor the bed linen was mouldy upon arrival at the hotel no lounge to sit on couldn’t watch the TV the sound was awful and crackly and loud the services we had none at the resort very unhappy I will never stay there ever again spoke with many people at the Pullman resort who were not happy with the resort and won’t stay again If u want to have a great holiday at port Douglas don’t book through seascape holidays it’s a Rort
