"A convenient location for spending a night in Cradle Mountain. The hotel is a bit dated but all the necessary amenities are there. Check out time is a bit early but I guess it suits most people as they want to rush to see the scenic spots of the mountain."

"Very satisfied! The location is just opposite the scenic area service center, and the car is parked in front of the cabin. Although it was a super windy day in summer, we still turned on the heater, which was very useful. The kitchen was well equipped (there are no supermarkets nearby, so you need to purchase in advance). The restaurant's breakfast and dinner are limited and require reservations. After all, there are limited staff there, and we didn't try it because we didn't have time. You can go to the restaurant to buy coffee, which tastes okay. The restaurant is in a great location with a view of Cradle Mountain. The front desk lady is very friendly, pay attention to the check-in time."

"環境：非常非常讚的小屋，就在搖籃山遊客中心附近，除了peppers就數這家最近了，性價比真的很高。每個房間就是一個小屋子，有自己的單獨的入口和停車位，大部分時間都看不到其他人私隱很好。當天還在周圍看到了袋熊和黑喜鵲（？） 衞生：衞生也做的很好，訂的浴缸的房型，充分緩解了當天徒步之後的疲憊，有充足的浴巾提供，各種洗漱用品都不錯（值得注意的是，澳洲一般都不主動提供牙刷牙膏的可能需要自帶或者詢問前台） 設施：一直很喜歡壁爐的設計，小屋裡面壁爐也的確很暖和。不過這邊的木頭品種相比之前住過的一些不太耐燒，大概衹能燃燒2-3個小時左右，有些木頭可能有點受潮了沒辦法充分燃燒，所以晚上睡覺可以考慮直接用電熱毯就好了。做飯的相關設施和油鹽都有，不過為了方便我們還是選擇了泡麪，豐儉由人。另外這邊山裡麪網絡不太好，不過聽説之後老闆有裝star link和信號放大器的計劃，應該會有改善。 服務：謝謝Jie的親切回覆，感覺事先溝通非常有有幫助，也祝你開心健康，有空多回上海看看~ 總之，確實是值得來的一個地方，搖籃山內徒步路線有很多，喜歡自然的朋友推薦住2天及以上多體驗體驗。"

"The location is right in the park. There is a relatively close station where you can take the bus 🚌 for sightseeing. The hotel can buy tickets for you. There are many activities every day that can be booked in advance. We experienced the activity of watching animals at night. If you don’t see anything during the day, you will have a chance at night. It is also a good experience. I highly recommend the hotel’s restaurant. It is the expensive one. It is super delicious 😋 The best lamb I have ever eaten is here. Breakfast is also here. The scenery is not bad. The business is very good. It is a bit tiring to stay for one day. If you have time, I recommend staying for two more days. You can also fish here. There are opportunities to see wild animals around the hotel in the morning and at night. The cabin has a warm house and it is very warm. I recommend this hotel with five stars"

"We managed to do early check-in before official time. However, we realised the cottage was not clean at all as rubbish wasn't cleared, floors not vacuumed & towels left hanging around, likely by previous guests. So we had to return to reception to feedback & they immediately got housekeeping to do the job. Reception staff could do better with more smiles though. Cottage was quite roomy for 2 pax, but could be a bit tight if 4 pax were to stay together. Pretty basic accommodation but it was strategically located near Cradle Mountain visitor centre. Overall, a unique experience to stay in a mountain cottage like this, just that free WiFi was only available at reception & not in the cottage itself."
