The location is great, the Cradle Mountain Visitor Center is just opposite. The number of hotel villas is limited and needs to be booked in advance. The environment is very ecological. The hotel's restaurant is on the list and needs to be booked in advance. The dishes and red wine are great!

A hotel in Cradle Mountain National Park. A small, independent villa. It's very convenient to go to various attractions. I stayed there for two. I bought my own ingredients at a nearby supermarket. I can cook. There are restaurants but they need to be booked in advance. The scenery is great and the air is fresh. The bunk beds are a bit inconvenient, but the kids like it.

Very satisfied! The location is just opposite the scenic area service center, and the car is parked in front of the cabin. Although it was a super windy day in summer, we still turned on the heater, which was very useful. The kitchen was well equipped (there are no supermarkets nearby, so you need to purchase in advance). The restaurant's breakfast and dinner are limited and require reservations. After all, there are limited staff there, and we didn't try it because we didn't have time. You can go to the restaurant to buy coffee, which tastes okay. The restaurant is in a great location with a view of Cradle Mountain. The front desk lady is very friendly, pay attention to the check-in time.

CMWV is in a great spot - directly across the road from the visitor centre, which has shuttle buses to all the walking trails. We had a two bedroom cabin. Cabin was basic, but it was clean. We were there on a warmer day and, upon arrival, found the heaters on, which meant the cabin was very hot. I understand the area isn't normally hot, and we were probably unlucky that because there wasn't any air-conditioning or fans in the room, we found it difficult to sleep. We booked dinner because we were told it would probably be booked out if we didn't & had to pay a holding fee - the food was nice but extremely expensive. We realized afterwards that they do pizzas and probably would have chosen that option if we had known.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bedrooms were clean, beds comfy. The lounge room was comfy and the appliances were great. We had a great balcony with view but after a hard day of walking we rarely used it. The bathroom had a spa which can fit 2 people. The only criticism is the floor creaked a lot which I know doesn’t sound like an issue but when you get up during the night or early it wakes everyone up. I would stay here again as it was walking distance to the visitor Center. Had a great time.
