We stayed at this hotel when we were getting married, although we did not actually get married at the hotel itself we were still made to feel very welcome by all of the staff who were extremely pleasant & polite throughout our stay which made it even more memorable.

Staff are so helpful and friendly. The reception area was so inviting, with Christmas Decs and open fire. Check in was smooth and efficient. Rooms were good although bathrooms a little dated but this did not affect our stay. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Food was good and staff in the dining room, bar and reception could not do enough for us. They clearly care about your experience. We will definitely be staying again. Previous visits have been consistently the same. We attended a wedding a few years back and it was exceptional. Lovely hotel all round.

I organised a baby shower at Coed y Mwstwr and the process was seamless and flawless from start to finish. Communication was fantastic with every team member throughout the lead up to the event and on the day . We hired the Fox Room as there were 13 of us and the decor was so special but still cosey and homely. We were so well looked after , the staff really went above a d beyond all expectation. The mum to be was made to feel so special. I cannot say enough about how fabulous the staff were!! We enjoyed a plentiful afternoon tea , everything was beautifully presented and good quality. What a gorgeous day we had . Thank you so much to everyone involved. We will certainly return for future celebrations.

Had a lovely lunch today. There were about 30 of us all sitting down to eat at the same time. . The service was excellent, all the food came out quickly so no one was left waiting. The food was delicious and good sized portions and nicely presented. There were plenty of vegetables and they were all well cooked.

What a fabulous building in such a beautiful setting. Vey friendly staff giving great service. Period property which is decorated accordingly and is very comfortable. Food and drink selection is great and i recommend the eggs benedict for breakfast.

We enjoyed my birthday lunch for almost 40 guests in a warm Christmas atmosphere. Megan and Tegan were excellent in making all the arrangements, happy to fit in with all our needs including wheelchair access for my nephew. A very efficient, helpful and professional team in the Events Department. Paul and his team in the kitchen and service were also 5* on the day. They ensured that all our guests were happy and well cared for, so our thanks to them too. Overall our choice of the Coed-Y-Mwstwr for my very special birthday was a really wise one, so a Highly Recommended rating is well deserved. Derek Morgan

Amazing weekend for a family wedding.Service was excellent from everybody we came across. Food was outstanding,venue is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. Room was warm,cosy and very comfortable.Decor was very nice. We stayed in the coach house for this visit,which is just a stones throw from the main hotel. So quiet and peaceful here. Some beautiful areas for photographs. The organization of the whole day was superb,change over of rooms was seamless,nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend a visit.
