We came to Cox's Bazar For our Honeymoon. Ocean Paradise made eveny moment of our Honeymoon more beautiful and romantic. Everyone here was very friendly. Thanks for giving us such a beautiful room (316)• Bed decoration for our Honeymoon and the deconation for our Candlelight dinner were very beatutiful and alluring

I really enjoy the Ocen Paradise hote, all the amenities, staff was friendly,specially housekeeping (Yousuf) restaurant was amazing and the front staff were very helpful. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony, just a awesome time can’t wait to come back

I stayed for 2 days. From the check in to check out, housekeeping, buffet, pool everything felt very premium. Behaviour was a top notch. Room: 5⭐ Behaviour: 5⭐ Food: 5⭐ Service: 5⭐

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely unprofessional and rude. From the moment I checked in, I felt unwelcome. They seemed careless and unwilling to help with even the simplest requests. The service was slow and disrespectful, and no one seemed to care about the guests’ comfort. Definitely not recommended — I will never stay here again.

I had high hopes for Ocean Paradise Hotel based on the photos and location, but the experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely poor—staff were inattentive, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in guest satisfaction. Simple requests took forever to fulfill, and there was no sense of urgency or professionalism. For the price they charge, I expected much better. Definitely not a place I would return to or recommend.

Ocean Paradise Hotel has a lot of potential with its nice view and location, but the service is a major letdown. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff were either undertrained or simply didn’t care. The front desk was disorganized, room service took forever, and no one took responsibility when issues came up. We were left waiting for basic things like clean towels and water. It’s really unfortunate because the hotel could be so much better if the staff and management put more effort into treating guests properly. Definitely would not recommend until serious improvements are made.

Extraordinary customer service at the roof top restaurant. Very jolly and welcoming staff, good food. Live music was awesome as well. I went there with my family but great for couples too. Highly recommend it if you are visiting Cox’s Bazar
