I had a one day stay. Wonderful service and friendly staff. Welcome drink upon arrival. Spacious room, nice balcony with view. Breakfast is amazing. Water is cold in swimming pool. SPA is fine. Room service is super fast. I recommend this hotel. Thank you great staff for your great hospitality.

Not so good experience. i have complementary airport pick and drop service, after reaching cox bazaar they didn't pick me. when i called they said forgot to pick me i have to wait almost 20 min under the sun with my 11 months Twin baby. Room was good & clean. Buffet Breakfast were below average. underground Place where they serve breakfast is filthy and smelly, Dirt & food stain everywhere. The swimming pool disgusting. Dirt were floating everywhere, and got itching a lot after swimming. Staffs were really very friendly. Room service was horrible. Ordered water took almost 1.5 hour deliver in my room. Overall not a pleasant stay.

Room was good but better to carry extra toiletries. Breakfast items were average. Room service was good. AC was not working properly. Ordered food took 45 mins. Overall not so happy really.

It's a beautiful Hote with all facilities of a 5 Star hotel. The hotel was clean. I love their virtual tour because before Booking i can see my room. Food was so good. Room service need to be improved. This hotel has a safe and big parking.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights stay in Cox’s Bazar. The hotel is in between Laboni and Kolatoli beach area. The hotel has no beach view. It is located at the 2nd row of the roads from the beach. Behind Seagull hotel. 1. The check in and check out processes were smooth. 2. Rooms are well furnished and clean. 3. Hotel serves 2 bottles of water per day. 4. Bathroom is spacious and clean with sufficient toiletries. 5. Breakfast was good but with little options. 6. Wi-fi was poor. 7. The hotel has parking facility. We kept our car in their parking area.

stayed two nights in the hotel in December last year. Water was continuously falling from the comod everyday we stayed. after complain they repaired every day but they were not happy due to our complain. as a result our belongings were lost from the room including our room key which we left in the room by mistake. some people don't like to get complain even though it was true.

hi, I'm here in this hotel "Hotel The Cox Today" this hotel is quite luxurious but there is a problem with mosquitoes but a big problem with mosquitoes, I've been here with my family for two days and with a 2 and a half year old child, all two days we were massacred by mosquitoes especially to my child. I'm sorry to write like this but it's the truth. the bedsheet was red with blood.
