Hotel Kollol in Cox's Bazar is in a very bad condition, the couple room is very bad because it is like an old vendor's rented house and the toilet is also very old. The rating should be given very bad and I will never come to this hotel again,,, Swapnil Sindhuk Hotel is much better than Hotel Kollol.

Room was dirty- poor condition. 3 rd floor sea view obstructed due to plants - not worth the money

There services are very bad also the behavior of the receptionist is so rude and they can't help us properly. The main problem is that the room is not well furnished and they give us used and dirty washroom sandals for use. Washroom is also old design. The swimming water is so dirty that they didn't clean it properly.

Perfect hotel, not too far from the beach, breakfast buffet was reasonable. Reception desk staff were really polite and attentive.
