The hotel didn't meet my expectations in terms of their claims provided. Rooms are not spacious enough, sometimes you could hear what's happening at the other side of the room . Quality of amenities provided could be better .Water pressure at the shower was pretty good. Running hot water service was good as well no problem whatsoever . The room including the bathroom was very clean . Beds could have been more comfortable .The TVs and other appliances worked well. The rooms need refurbishment . Hotel lobby's sitting area should be more spacious . Delicious Welcome drink and appetizers will be served to you when you arrive . I liked that and the courteous approach of the reception desk . Room service was prompt except for one time . Service and behaviour of staff was nice . Breakfast buffet didnt have too many options . Moreover they didn't even taste well . Their food at the poolside BBQ is terrible . The Beef Sheesh Kabab with fried rice should be avoided at any cost . The Tuna fish BBQ was much better I must say . Their service at the BBQ was late as well. Pool is great . People seemed to have a lot of fun there and the facilities seemed to be great too . Their pool is quite big and well maintained . Will give them 1 star for that . The hotel is quite secured. Sra beach is right at front . Needs renovation and refurbishment . Overall experience was nothing extraordinary.

Results suggest that: The dependent variable-feelings of job attitude-is measured by both personal and organizational aspects. A simple regression model is used to test hypotheses 1 and 2, in which the results verify that both have statistically significant effects. Between the two, personal attitude shows higher influence. This indicates that verbal compliments have larger impacts on job attitude than institutional rewards related to human resource management, such as promotion or compensation. Conclusion suggests that compliments are not burdensome yet more efficient through frequent use.

It was a magnificent experience with one of the finest smart hotel GRACE COX. Their room layout and furniture selection was impressive and unique. We ordered lunch and dinner from their in-house restaurant which was worthy, and the behaviors from restaurant attendees are found so professional and welcoming. Its a fresh new hotel with new amenities and ideas, also budget friendly. Receptionist and other room services were found satisfactory and trustworthy. In summary, anyone can choose GRACE COX to get conventional 3 star hotel feel within the budget. In this amid covid-19, the complimentary breakfast was provided at room which was average. Notes for the hotel management: 1. Half yearly or yearly maintenance needed for the walls (as it is brilliant white color) and furniture are suggested to do (mostly are bare wood) lekar polish. 2. Joints of washroom tiles needed to be clean by routine basis. 3. PVC floor tiles were found bumpy. Also, floor mat near the bed was smeary.

Neeshorgo hotel and resort a beautiful and well decorated place. One of the most hyped place in the last 2-3 years here in Coxsbazar. The most attractive feature of Neeshorgo is their infinity swimming pool at the rooftop. Their rooftop is also well decorated, maintained, and organized. Their buffet breakfast quality is also good. We have taken lunch their as well which is also good and value for the money. Their rooms are average and they are not offering any private beach.
