It’s great location, reception very friendly. Room a bit dusty and don’t have sound proof that you could hear everything from outside and inside the building. Overall it is okay to stay for 1 night.

Stayed in queen beds room with bay view. Strategic location which directly opposite the beach, walking distance to eateries about 500m away. Free parking available but crowded on weekends.

Only stayed one night & was enough. Basic room with basic amenities. Bathroom seat was disgusting & had urine smell. Only thing good was it was close to beach & short drive from penguin parade. Found a great place for breakfast not fair also.

Although room is a bit dated, but it's well maintained and clean. Location is perfect by the beach side.

Unhelpful and apathetic staff. Even though there were a few dinner venues still open on Xmas eve, she told us that everything is closed and we can only get something at supermarket to avoid starving. Poor advice in fact.
On check out day, we were still using the washroom for the last minute at around 10:30 before the long road trip, he just threatened that we will be charged for $50 every 30 minutes of overstaying!
The facility was worn out everywhere. All the door locks, water taps are difficult to turn. Cleaning was quite substandard. Dusty everywhere.

The view from the room is wonderful. Hotel is located in front of the beach. Need to standby food as shops around the town of Cowes sleeps early.

Super nice and friendly front-desk staff. Right by the beach and close to restaurants and supermarkets. Room was clean and spacious.
