The whole room was nasty I had to go to the office about my bed sheets being nasty. The phone didn’t work an the toilet seat was broke. The refrigerator was dirty an the room smelled like **** never again. Plus they didn’t have the voucher for the room an they said they don’t do pay pal so it took awhile before I got the room after I had already paid for it.

We stayed for 2 night and was only provided two towels. We had 4 guests in our room. And when we asked for more we were told we are only allowed 2 for the whole visit.

Horrible. There were roaches, dirty sheets, bad odor, no toliet paper, no shower curtain, and once we got the shower curtain the bathroom flooded. The after hours person came in smelling like **** and was no help. Had to leave and change hotels. Was supposed to be there for 3 days, only stayed one. Manager refuses to refund me the money, only one day. Rude manager. Never again.

Do Not Stay Here
The closet door handle came off in my hand, the kitchen cabinets were hanging on with only one hinge, there no toilet paper in room, no phone to call service desk, and the room had a very strong smell of bleach.

The room smells like cigarettes... the area around the hotel its horrible and the have construction right on front of the building and you can't sleep with the noise ... we will definitely come back to covington because we love it but we will definitely stay in another hotel ...

We found multiple roaches, beds didn’t have clean linens. When a worker came, she admitted they were infested with roaches!!! We had to find another hotel last minute, and they’re making it difficult to get a refund.

blankets with holes in them, broken lock. windows that won’t open. the place smelled like cigarettes and the bed had stains on them. horrible place and feels unsafe. never go here

Rooms were nasty had mold in the bathroom floor had soft spots in it the dresser was broke wouldnt stay closed almost fell on my son fridge had grease all over the side of it

Awful!!!!
We were giving 2 towels and one rag for 4 please, when asking for more tp we were told we had to buy our own
