The room was somewhat clean, but the bathroom had 2 dead bugs. The staff at the lobby was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, but it got crowded around 8-8 30am so the waiting line for the toaster was pretty long.
It was quiet at night, and since the facility is pretty new, it was quite clean overall.

It's a 30-minute drive from Newport. There's nothing around. It's just a fast hotel next to the highway. The price/performance ratio is average.

Terrible breakfast on paper
Plates with plastic silverware . Pool closes at 9pm on the weekends. Room was dirty , not enough light, no fan in the bathroom . All dine with Holiday Inn

Great Nights Stay
We had an excellent stay. The employee that checked us in was so nice and friendly and gave us some nice tips on a restaurant we were going to. It really set the tone for a nice experience. The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked then chaise that was in the room. Very nice addition. Breakfast was a lot better than I was expecting. Tons of options ranging from hot food to muffins and bagels to cereal. The pancakes were excellent.

Window unit mini-split heat AC ran all night. Not sure it was actually connected to the thermostat. Otherwise, it was a nice, short stay.
