Resort located away from crowd … well maintained, accessible to beach, friendly staff, activities well planned to keep kids engaged, freebies to kids like teddy, glass painting, tattoo is different compared to others… base rooms are decent, but doesn’t have balcony or scenic view … worth the money

It was a horrible experience from the start - comms were so bad that they held us for 45 min to get visa details , they upsell villa and the place lacked cleanliness , bathroom drain did not work , bugs all over the room , swimming pool was dirty , I hardly believe it is reported as 5 star -

Terrible. Waste of money and time.
Wouldn’t recommend it.
Training is needed for the reception all the way to the duty manager !
The property is well kept but the staff? Definitely not a Taj Holiday.
