Stayed here for 2 nights and was pleasently surprised at the decor of the Hotel, who ever was the behind it wants a medal, I had a front bedroom overlooking the main street, shutters instead of curtains was a nice touch, A small but compact room with a great overhead walking shower, Breakfast was French style and very nice, everything included and a decent mug for coffee, Brush up on basic French as the Reception staff don't speak English, Would I stay again, a big yes, Alan

Quirky modern style. Staff were lovely. Cleanliness wonderful. Location 2 mins walk from the beach. Had a fabulous meal in the restaurant food superb.

We stayed in the annexe at the back ("Les 5 Ruches") which although it is attached to the main building, has no direct access bewarned, so you have to go to the back lane, down along and up the parallel street to get to Reception or any meal. Fine in the summer, but not in the winter or bad weather. There is secure parking at the back which was useful but we were handed a list of security codes which was confusing. At point point overnight, staff locked our way out (the one door with no key code) by mistake probably, but which could be a fire risk. Our "Ruche" was a very basic small room with no amenities and yet the room tariff showed 250 Euros per night !!! which is extortionate. The dinner was pleasant but pretty mediocre. And not quite the seafood menu I had hoped for.

Accueil très sympathique, on avait réservé la veille via une box, restaurant top, avec un service du grande qualité, chambre très propre et fonctionnelle Petit déjeuner sucrée uniquement mais copieux et variée Aucunes mauvaises surprises au départ toujours le sourire du personnel À recommander et vraiment à 100m de la mer !

Nous avons réservé une nuit et avons logé au manoir, du moins à l'arrière dans une annexe. Lieu très agréable, en retrait de rue. Un grand lit, une déco simple et belle. Un endroit charmant ! Une table et deux chaises à l'extérieur sont les bienvenus. L'accueil est très sympathique et efficace.

Directeur Odieux, j'ai donné un avis défavorable suite à mon séjour du 23/12 au 25/12/2023. Cet individu ne s'est répondre qu'avec des sarcasmes. Les draps avait déjà servi...photos à l'appui. Petit déjeuner désastreux pour 14 euros. Il dit que j'ai donné cet avis pour ne pas payer alors que la responsable m'a demandée de régler en arrivant puisque l'hôtel était fermé le 24 et 25 décembre. Cela signifie que les chambres sont louées malgré la fermeture. Je vous confirme hôtel désert. Comment il peut y avoir autant d'avis favorables. Disparition des avis défavorables..Bizarre!!!

Décidément la famille Bertaud est au top dans la restauration! J’ai déjà redécouvert la Crémaillère ( super et face à la mer tenu par Gregory) puis la Maison Bleue:excellent, tenu par Manon ! Et là il y avait des années que je n’y étais pas retournée: la Pêcherie Bravo à Maurice le père qui a commencé ces restaurants et bravo à sa descendance qui fait du bon boulot! Je vais habiter Courseulles l’été et for sure “I shall return ! “
