This hotel has fantastic location, and so much possibility. Unfortunately management is horrible. I had so many issues. They claim to be five star, but the spa is not open all the time. Jacuzzi and spa area shuts down at eight . If you want to massage the prepared to be disappointed because they only do massages after five and it’s just one person. So if you didn’t reserve a massage, forget it. The Jacuzzi is a joke, small. On top of that it was cold on New Year’s . My room had many problems, such as lacking, weatherstripping on the windows, and no covering of vents. Every single order in the lounge or dining room was always mismanaged. The staff were very friendly, unfortunately helpless- obviously getting no help from management. No lighting by the food buffet. They had us change rooms on the last night, but the new room wasn’t ready and they wanted to just have our luggage waiting in the hall. I refused. Because the place was in a good location. I was taking a lot of it with a good heart and sent them already a suggestion email with a huge list. But the last day of them switching our room with no new room to go to, cleaning team takes more then 3hrs to do a room??!? This was inexcusable, took forever , there was fresh powder and I had to deal with this? (keep in mind this is New Year’s in my room was over $1500 ). I wanted to ski , no way was I leaving my important luggage and passport in the lobby with this hotel. It was the last straw. I had no issues with the ski shop. The mountain was awesome.
