Nice enough hotel staff are friendly and helpful.the location is good. Rooms are not the best I had a 2 bedrooms connected by a hall and one bathroom. Also one other room. The internet connection was very poor in the room. The tvs in the rooms were not smart tvs. The balcony was small and the wooden flooring on the balcony was coming up and was a like a trampoline and a hazard for the children. Breakfast was a little like a stampede for a table and food was very poor for breakfast quality. The staff in the ski room were not helpful they just sit there watching people struggle to get their boots on and off. If they offered to help people I’m sure they would get lots of gratuities and thanks. The main restaurant for dinner is a limited menu and agin not the best quality. Again room service food was poor.

The location of the hotel is very good and the rooms are clean, even though the hotel is worn out. When talking about service everything was awful, the personell from breakfast was very rude and arrogant( one of the bartenders was friendly, the other one screamed at me because i asked for extra honey for my coffee. He said “ i m not payed for this”. The highlight of the trip is that I have developed the worst stomach bug/ infection I have ever had. For 3 days I had the worst feeling in my entire life. I soon found out that on the floor that my room was located everyone was puking and feeling ill (all of us thought is from their breakfast eggs). My parents asked at receptiom for some simple rice and simple food because there were so many people ill. They just said “ it s a viral infection that is lingering in Courchevel and we can t help”- ZERO empathy, Zero help from the staff. It wasn t viral because unfortunately I had to be transported to Alberville hospital because i was heavily dehidrated and the doctors said it s obvious a bacterial infection taking into account my blood tests. I ve never seen so bad service in my life talking into account the price of the hotel and the number of stars. I recommend this place for the location and the terrace/ restaurant behind the hotel for the view/drinks and nothing more, most probably it s the only reason people come here. Ps: i had to buy a water heater and boil myself rice for everyone because they couldn t even do such a little thing for the MANY clients that were very ill om their premice. I hope they learn something in the future taking into ccount the potential that the hotel has.

Dinner at Cheminee restaurant. Our waiter was friendly and accommodating. He was chatty and attentive. Menu is awful. Beef tartare with a big ball of burrata on top? Scallops with creamy quinoa was terrible. Fois gras came with a weird flavourless puree that was very unpleasant. Duck was nice but served half a breast for €37, with nothing on the plate other than parsnip puree and no side dishes on the menu at all. Basic tomato pasta or croque monsieur for kids were the only options. We asked nicely and the team agreed to make our daughter chicken and chips from the lunch restaurant downstairs. Great location but the chef needs to be changed immediately, or the restaurant will always be empty as it was this evening, and during one of the busiest weeks of the year too.

Stopped for lunch. Menu limited and disappointing particularly as last year it was good. Staff little disorganised but was start of the season. Door to inner restaurant always open making the restaurant cold. Hopefully as the season warms up the restaurant will adapt.

Great place for a lunch / snack visit when at the bottom of the slopes. Right by the Ariondaz lift. Fab food and comfy seating area in and out. And reasonably priced. Comfy seating area at the bottom of the slopes and also inside. Varied menu and well presented

We went to the restaurant on a couple of occasions during our holiday. We ate outside for snacks and had proper lunch inside. Both experiences were great. Good food and good service!! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location for more relaxed dining or a more formal meal.

Stayed for six nights over Xmas. Clean, nice and friendly staff. Good food and located right at the bottom of the ski run. We were made to feel welcome all of the time. The guys in the ski room were pleasant and helpful each morning and evening. My partner left her glasses in the room and the reception said they will post them back to the UK. Only small issues were that the room didn’t have a fridge which I would have expected and it came with a bath but no shower. Apparently some have a bath and some a shower so request one or the other if you have a preference. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for location, cleanliness, friendliness and value for money.

The location alone makes the hotel worth staying at. The helpful and friendly staff, the stylish decor and the views are an extra reason. We stayed in the family room and it was lovely, had slope views and breakfast included so that was great. Views are amazing and breakfast was super tasty. Breakfast was very very busy one morning where I was overwhelmed with kids crying, no cutlery and food running out but I do think it was down to it being a Saturday. The rest of the days it was pure bliss going for breakfast and having great views. The rotisserie bar at the slopes for lunch was Delish for pizza and one of the cheapest options at the slopes. Good music and staff were lovely. The sauna and hammam was an essential also. We’re planning our next stay! Thank you so much to the Fahrenheit 7 team 🥰
