My family and I were really happy about the service of this place. The rooms could be a little bigger as they felt a little too small and cramped. They get top ratings though as every room has a steamer…we don’t find that often. Would definitely come back here.

The hotel is very nice and clean, and the breakfast is also good. The price-performance ratio is very high, and the price is good in Paris. The room is a little small. It is a bit crowded for 3 people, and there are no slippers.

The hotel is conveniently located. It is easy to locate with UBER. There are several restaurants within walking distance and there is a supermarket downstairs. The room is small, clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the service staff is friendly.

Do not let the hotel call you a taxi - they work with a company that scams. The hotel called me a taxi for 7am on 4/21. The meter was already running when I got in and it said 38 euros. I thought it was a flat rate to the station. The meter continued to run and I paid 74 euros for a ride quoted at 20 euros with Uber. On my receipt, it said the driver started the meter at 6:36am - 30 minutes before we actually started driving.

We booked here because our tour of France starts here. The room and bathroom were very clean and definitely sufficient for two people. There was no problem checking in and it went smoothly. The hotel is quiet which is a good thing. My advice is to bring a couple travel hangers and avoid the hassle with liquids in your luggage because the hotel provides shower gel, conditioner, and lotion. No iron in the room but there is a hair dryer, safe, and small refrigerator. There’s also a grocery store right across the street ((literally) if you really need something. We plan on taking the metro around town and confirm it’s a 10-minute walk. The hotel is in the business district, but unlike where I lived there are houses/apartments mixed into the community. Also within an easy walk (any age and mobility) there are several cafes and bakeries. I bought water, batteries, and a bottle of wine at the grocery store. The hotel also has a restaurant and serves breakfast, lunch, snd dinner. I confirmed before I came that the self service laundry was working. And I also saw a sign for the gym. So far, no complaints and I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Their lobby can get crazy in the morning since their breakfast area is also in the same area given that their lobby is kinda small. Their room is updated, clean and also small. We had quite a struggle in their weeny closet. We had problems with their sink but thankfully the hotel was able to send someone to fix it even at past 8:00 pm. They only provide one square pillow and their bed is a big high but comfy.

On the evening on the 29th of March, my partner and I went to the reception to ask for help. We asked the receptionist to book us a taxi for the following day to go to the bus station to go to the airport. Our flight was early morning that is why we asked for a taxi. Moreover, we asked the receptionist to please prepare some breakfast for us (anything) to take. The receptionist agreed and we were content. HOWEVER, the next day when we went down to leave (at 3:25) there was NO ONE on the reception and there was NO ONE there. Our breakfast was NOT prepared and the taxi was NOT called, so we had to RUN to the bus stop with suitcases so we wouldn’t miss our bus! I don’t think this is acceptable to have NO ONE on the reception and also didn’t fulfill our request regarding the taxi and food. The receptionist we asked the previous day said there would be no problem to check out and there would be someone on the reception in the morning that could help. Well, that’s not what happened, because we didn’t get taxi, and food and we couldn’t check out.
