Blacks are prevalent in France. Chances are the waiters are all black and have bad service attitudes. If you eat too much certain fruits for breakfast, you will take away the fruits. My colleague also lost his bag. Go to Paris with caution.

Very small and smells bad. The main one is cheap. The advantage here is that the service is 24 hours a day and speaks English. If you have a bigger budget, you can choose another home. The above is for reference. Note that the pictures are not related to the hotel.

The welcome upon arrival at the hotel was good as well as upon departure. We had breakfast around 10:30 a.m. and some pastries and brioche were missing. The welcome at breakfast was deplorable.

It was part of our Paris Olympic package, otherwise wouldn't have considered. All in all it was a good hotel. I like that it was secure with a gate and we could park right in front. It was up a level but there was an elevator. The ladies at the front desk were all amazing. Nice and helpful. The man who was there at night and usually the next morning was very rude. He needs a lesson in customer service, not that it would make a difference, but...They called a cab for us several times, so convenient. There are restaurants within walking distance as they only do breakfast, although we took a cab. There is a store out the back gate. They do breakfast which was good, plenty choices. There is a small bar and lounge area. There are many other places in Paris but all in all it was an adequate hotel.

All the basics were there and we had good stay (6 nights). Value for money! Good: - Great air condition (it was 28-36 celsius outside but room was really pleasant (22-23 celsius)) - Clean room - Breakfast included with fresh oranges juice machine thingy - Didn't hear any noice from other rooms (lucky or good walls) - Location was okay - Staff at reception was friendly - Drinkable tap water (only with slight side taste, Paris feature) - (Small) elevator (though it broke halfway our stay and was offline rest of trip) - WiFi signal was good in our room (3rd floor) Could be better: - WC/restroom was really small but gladly we are not large persons so we managed - No refrigerator in room - Room cleaning came up quite already in the morning (around 9 o'clock), don't forget do not disturb sign if you want slower morning - Breakfast could have some vegetables and greens (like salad, tomato, paprika, cucumber) but it is propably normal France style breakfast. We also have vegan diet but staff from kitchen didn't speak good enough English to tell what is vegan and what is not. - Slighty crooked shelf in our room (could not be used for items and room was already quite small) - WiFi was free but you had to login through website (just give email) so you couldn't use Chromecast with room TV. You would need a laptop to use as a wifi repeater to bypass this.

At a time when all surrounding properties were at least 25% more expensive. Yes, the rooms are really only suitable for single occupancy, the bathroom is about one square meter but just adequate On the plus side the double glazed windows totally shut out all external noise, my room was next to the lift, again no sound or from the corridor. The room was spotlessly clean, efficient aircon. At breakfast a DIY fresh orange juice machine, excellent bread, croissant and jam plus the ability to poach eggs to one's preferred time Good very local restaurants and shops Reception friendly and helpful, better spoken English than my poor French !

This hotel is magical. The quality of the accommodation and the kindness of the managers (manager, reception staff, service people.) are worth mentioning. I regularly stay at this establishment and I am never disappointed. We feel at home.

An experience as exceptional as ever…! Second stay and still just as good. A clean room, a warm welcome, very nice decoration, the breakfast is also a delight (choice and quality products). I will come back soon! See you soon

Room with a double bed and foam mattresses that move in all directions my companion fell while trying to sit down, unpleasant staff, very dirty stains everywhere, a very dirty carpet dating back 50 years, plus I had a against time an operation at the mountain clinic just around the corner, I had to leave and leave my partner the day I left the clinic, I asked for help at reception from two women who were chatting to just put my suitcase for me in the elevator or find someone who could help me, since my partner is 80 years old and a prosthesis cannot do it, they told me that it was not possible and they continued to discuss and to laugh, then as I was in disarray and crying there was a couple who were coming out of the elevator when they saw this they offered to do it except that the problem with my suitcase was not yet ready, I left to pack my suitcase and I came back down and there I saw the two women who were laughing and still chatting and a man next door so I left to ask this gentleman called Omar and who works in the hotel and I offered him to help me and I paid him he kindly accepted and when the women at reception saw her take my suitcase down and heard that I was going to give him a ticket one of the two rushed to take the suitcase, except that I told him to let him do it for me since he did so kindly, three days later I called a hotel manager to tell her what happened, and then it's even better a woman who is not made for this work no kindness she just told me dryly that her staff could not do it so as not to have health problems, so if the person had health problems she shouldn't come and snatch the suitcase from Omar when she heard that I was going to give a ticket. This is a hotel that doesn't even deserve one star. I don't recommend it to anyone, it's rubbish.

Located a few minutes walk from the defense Friendly staff Small but decent room We were on the street side: absolute silence (perhaps the railway side is noisier?) Very decent breakfast: Pastries, breads, brioche, jams, cold meats, cheese, yogurt, fromage blanc, fresh orange juice, cereals...

As part of work I stayed 2 nights in this establishment, it was the first time I came. I was very well received by the staff. Excellent value. Impeccable cleanliness. Delicious breakfasts with fresh orange juice squeezed on site. I will come back !

Railway tracks against the hotel: avoid! Only one electrical outlet in the entire room No multiple outlets available Nevertheless: very pleasant staff and friendly breakfast I will not return except in cases of force majeure and with earplugs!

Hotel very well located at a defense station with very pleasant staff, the room is very clean No. 408. The breakfast is plentiful and very varied. Best value for money for us. Really a big congratulations to the whole team and we will come back with pleasure

Very nice hotel with a warm welcome. Impeccable room cleaning. Very varied and generous breakfast buffet. The price is super attractive for a hotel in Paris. I highly recommend it for your stay in Paris.
