Value for money, fatal. It's not worth what you pay for, at all. The only good thing is being able to walk to the park. The bathroom amenities are insufficient for the maximum occupancy of the room, 1 miniature shampoo for 4 people, towels are missing, there is no magnifying mirror in the bathroom. There are no bags for laundry clothes. You have to unplug devices such as the coffee maker or lamps to be able to plug in the cell phones of the four occupants of the room. The bathroom curtain is not very hygienic and there is no shower, it is a very high bathtub that is difficult to access.

Still a very nice hotel in a great location near the park. A little old but still typical Disney top service. Had a room on the 4th floor with a view of the lake. Here we go again.

Very nice hotel but lacks a very serious renovation, very damaged room (repairs of all kinds almost everywhere) In addition, the lodges are charming but so far from reception The swimming pool is certainly heated but remains cold when it comes to the jacuzzi, the number of people being limited it is very difficult to access, if not impossible. What i like the most about the Disney Sequoia Lodge was how close in walking distance Disneyland Paris was and the quietness of the resort with such beautiful landscape.

The property is nice in that it is walkable to the parks and that the workers are generally friendly. However this is hotel is lacking in other ways. For the price you are receiving a very poor value. There isn’t any bell service at the hotel which is shocking for a hotel of this quality. The mattresses were some of the worst that I’ve ever slept on and I am not picky at all when it comes to that. The room has one outlet only and it is not near the bed, so if you need medical equipment like a CPAP you have to go to the front desk to borrow an extension cord that isn’t even long enough. I’m a fan of Disney hotels and this one is a disappointment.

Staff were not very welcoming at the welcome desk!! Felt as if it was a hassle when you asked them anything Bar staff lovely but order x2 drinks at a time as service extremely slow It states breakfast served UNTIL 11 but this is not really the case & it is OPEN until 11. Staff started clearing things away from 10.30 so I would advise go before 10 for breakfast

The overhang was blocked off to all traffic leaving nowhere to load/unload children, luggage and a wheelchair. The staff watched as we struggled with our luggage through the front doors and did nothing to help. We were told we could take an electric scooter on the bus but the driver refused. We were then told special transpirtdtion would be provided but it “wasn’t available” at that time. Restaurant had limited food options. Room was standard.

I recently booked a three-night stay at Disney Sequo through *******, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. My dissatisfaction began when I attempted to modify my reservation due to unexpected work obligations. Despite being within the cancellation period, my requests to cancel the last night were met with unfulfilled promises from ******* customer service. After several days of back-and-forth assurances, I was eventually told to address the matter directly with the hotel upon check-in. Upon arriving at [Hotel Name], I expected a seamless resolution, given that I had booked a Golden Forest room for an elevated experience. However, the disappointment continued. The staff at the Golden Forest club, specifically [Employee's Name], demonstrated an astonishing lack of professionalism and customer service skills. [Employee's Name] not only displayed rudeness but also denied any assistance due to the fact that I had booked through *******. Her statement, "Disney is a very large company, and they in the hotel are unable to help me if I book through *******," was not only inaccurate but also unacceptable. Very disappointing for a Disney property. Let me start out by saying what is good. The golden forest club breakfast and lounge is very good. The bedding and towels are good in the golden forest room. The golden forest room size is fine my only real complaint was that the AC didn’t cool the room much at all and that made it uncomfortable. For my 3rd night I had to change to a regular room as I had to book a 3rd night reservation and there was no more availability for the golden forest. The regular room also the AC doesn’t really work well enough to cool the room. The bedding is not as good as the other room. The towels are the cheapest towels I have ever used, think cheap $49 side of the interstate motel. But the worst part of the room is that it reeks of stale cigarettes. So basically think of the Disney Sequoia Lodge as a cheap Las Vegas motel. The cheapest Disney property I have stayed at was Pop Century and that feels like a huge upgrade from this place.
