An absolutely fantastic time at a stunning hotel. Breathtaking setting, lovely views from our quiet clean and comfortable room, spa facilities are out of this world, food was second to none , staff excellent, bar and lobby very relaxed and comfortable, great entertainment-There is not one thing to fault about this wonderful place!

We had a fabulous stay at the Shandon. Such a beautiful hotel, the views and rooms are just stunning. The staff are very pleasant and the meal we had was amazing. Thank you to all the staff for a memorable stay. We hope to be back soon. We would highly recommend this hotel especially for couples.

We had a great weekend in the Shandon Hotel. The room was spotless with stunning views looking over sheep heaven bay. We ate in the restaurant and had a fantastic meal the staff couldn't enough for us. Would highly recommend the Shandon Hotel for anyone looking for a 10/10 weekend.

From the moment we arrived, to the moment we checked out every person we encountered working at the Shandon was so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping, reception, staff in the bar, staff at breakfast (particularly the French girl whose name I didn’t get - a sweetheart). I was there with my partner celebrating a milestone birthday and we had a wonderful stay. The bathroom was clean, the room was spacious, and the view - if you can, get a sea view. It’s breathtaking. I loved the pool, the food in Beats bar and at breakfast was absolutely wonderful. We will be back and will hopefully get to the spa next time.

The view is amazing and the location is great - just a 2 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The granola was delicious at breakfast and the evening meal was great. It was our second time and we'll be back again all being well.

We had a wonderful one night stay ay the Shandon. The room had a glorious view of the sea and we woke to a perfect sunrise coming up over the horizon. It was my wife's birthday and it was a nice touch to have a birthday card from the staff waiting for her in the hotel room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had our three course meal in the Beats bar. The food was delicious and the service was excellent even though the bar was extremely busy. Marble Hill beach is lovely and is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. All in all we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Such a beautiful location - the hotel really has the most marvellous views! We had a beautifully spacious room overlooking the bay. The staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was excellent - so much choice and everything was so tasty! We had our evening meals in the Beats Bar as the restaurant was closed during our stay- great menu, something for everyone and, again, the food was very good. We didn't use the spa or leisure centre on this occasion, but again, to have everything on one site is fantastic. Thank you to all who made our stay so comfortable.

Didn't want to leave. Booked in for 4 nights so that we could go to a music festival but hardly saw any music because I just wanted to swim in the hotel pool and lounge about with my book looking at the amazing views from every window in the hotel. Ate in the bar 3 nights out of 4 because the food was so good. All the staff we dealt with went above and beyond and all seem genuinely happy to be working there. Comfy beds, big rooms and fab beach on the doorstep (great sea swimming). PLUS windows in the rooms you can actually open (and listen to the sea). Will SO be back.

My husband and myself have just returned from a very relaxing couple of days in the beautiful Shandon hotel at Marble Hill. The food was fantastic, great facilities, service excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Always willing to go that extra mile. Can't recommend it enough and hope to return soon.
