My son and i, who are both regular visitors to Jackson's, stayed for two nights from 31st October to 2nd November. Jackson's never disappoints, i have said time and time again that it is the staff that keeps us going back, next week will be our fourth trip this year. From the moment we walk through the door, we are made to feel very welcome. on this occasion we made use of the hotels ASD sensory pack. this contains a pop up tent, various poppet and sensory toys, and one of those wee devices that projects images onto the ceiling and wall, which i found to have a very calming affect on Adam. He really made use of everything that was contained in the ASD pack, and i think that it is fantastic that the hotel has this pack available for families. Every other aspect of our Jackson's experience was superb, i don't know if im allowed to name names, but i'm going to anyway. Holly on reception welcomed us to the hotel, and took time to chat with Adam, which he loved, so a big thank you for that. Jeet in the bar and restaurant is a legend, he welcomed us back as he remembered us from our previous visit, Adam is a big fan of Jeet 'give me the money' Also, a big thank you to Caroline, and to Kelly, again for their warm welcome. Food as always, is top class, bedrooms very spacious and comfortable, and serviced very well by the housekeeping staff. All in all, we cant fault the hotel, and it is our intention to keep on returning, keep doing what your are doing guys, it is a winning formula.
