Jackson's Hotel & Leisure Centre

Moment we entered the hotel we were met with a lovely warm, cosy atmosphere. The reception was so friendly even got room early which was great a wee half hr to chill begore wedding ceremony. The room was very clean, bathroom looked fresh and new. Wedding ceremony room was beautiful. The whole area for wedding is fabulous very spacious and elegant ✨️ The dinner was the best wedding dinner I ever had, the beef melted in your mouth. Dessert room was Like willy wonkas chocolate factory. Just delicious The whole stay was very pleasant the staff all so accommodating and friendly. The breakfast again just perfect. I love the whole vibe of this hotel. Would stay again.

Friendly hotel with great food and decor. The leisure cenytre has a clean pool with a life guard on duty. The changing rooms are clean and well asppointed. The rooms are spacious and clean. The views are amazing., The staff are friendly and helpful. The menu is extensive and the fod is delicious. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful - a great hotle to stay in

This hotel was homebase for us while we traveled the Wild Atlantic Way. Bojo was very helpful and kind at check in. Our room was very spacious and clean and our windows overlooked the River Finn. Our three days were comfortable but one morning, we were jarred out of sleep around 8:15 am to the sound of the fire alarm. After scrambling to get dressed, my partner ran downstairs only to be told that someone burned toast in the restaurant. At no time did any staff attempt to call guest rooms to assure us that this was a false alarm. Outside of our morning panic, our stay was acceptable. We appreciated that housekeeping left a bag of towels, tea/coffee, tissue on our door the day we requested no service. Wifi and TV reception need to be updated.

My son and i, who are both regular visitors to Jackson's, stayed for two nights from 31st October to 2nd November. Jackson's never disappoints, i have said time and time again that it is the staff that keeps us going back, next week will be our fourth trip this year. From the moment we walk through the door, we are made to feel very welcome. on this occasion we made use of the hotels ASD sensory pack. this contains a pop up tent, various poppet and sensory toys, and one of those wee devices that projects images onto the ceiling and wall, which i found to have a very calming affect on Adam. He really made use of everything that was contained in the ASD pack, and i think that it is fantastic that the hotel has this pack available for families. Every other aspect of our Jackson's experience was superb, i don't know if im allowed to name names, but i'm going to anyway. Holly on reception welcomed us to the hotel, and took time to chat with Adam, which he loved, so a big thank you for that. Jeet in the bar and restaurant is a legend, he welcomed us back as he remembered us from our previous visit, Adam is a big fan of Jeet 'give me the money' Also, a big thank you to Caroline, and to Kelly, again for their warm welcome. Food as always, is top class, bedrooms very spacious and comfortable, and serviced very well by the housekeeping staff. All in all, we cant fault the hotel, and it is our intention to keep on returning, keep doing what your are doing guys, it is a winning formula.

My husband and I over the last 20 years we have stayed at Jackson's Hotel many times. The staff are very friendly and helpful, food good and some of the rooms have beautiful views of the River Finn. We also enjoy lovely walks in the Drumboe Woods.

Stayed here with colleagues for a business trip. Found the hotel had a lovely atmosphere, very warm and friendly. The dinner was lovely and we enjoyed a few pints in the bar that evening. Breakfast the next day was excellent too. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
