Our family friendly cottage has 3 bedrooms (pull out sofa sleeper as well) & a 2 car garage for your ORV/SxS/Snowmobile(s). The space is well equipped with a full kitchen, including: range, microwave, dishwasher & refrigerator, full bathroom and full size washer & dryer. Munising & Pictured Rocks are a 15 minute drive. Kitch-iti-kipi Springs is 40 +\-minutes south. Access to the ORV/Snowmobile Trail (8) is 100 yards from the cottage. Marquette is just under an hour's drive west.We are available to our guests via phone call or text throughout their entire stay. We observe COVID-19 cleaning protocols between each vacationer.Two security cameras are located on the exterior of the home, facing away from the residence. One is near the front door and one is near the back garage door. This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage has two queen size beds in each bedroom and one full bath. There is a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, full size refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster and everything you need to cook except for the food. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa that can sleep up to 2 additional people. The cottage is approximately 950 sq ft.This cottage is located just 2.5 miles east of Munising on M-28. It is close to all area attractions. It is part of the Alger Falls Motel so there is someone on site from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. if you need additional housekeeping items of any kind or area information.
