Please note that the yard's hill can be steep and slippery when wet, so exercise caution.Important Notes- Safety Features: An outdoor security camera is installed near the front door, and a noise monitoring device (measures dB levels only) is located near the kitchen.- TV Services: While we do not have standard cable, our smart TVs are equipped with Hulu, Netflix, and more for your streaming pleasure.- Access Restrictions: Certain supply closets and the garage are off-limits to guests.- Pest Control: We proactively treat the property to prevent pests, but being near a lake in a natural setting, occasional sightings of bugs or field mice are possible, especially on the lower level.Please drive slowly on all nearby streets as deer and children are frequently present.
